First class all round. The food (we shared a chicken schnitzel with egg and frites and steak frites with amazing garlic butter) was spot on, cooked perfectly with lots of flavours. The tap water was chilled, the service was brilliant and the mocha is easily one of the best I’ve had. My husband said the Americano was excellent quality too. Lovely setting and some great background music. A very enjoyable lunch. Thanks to everyone who looked after us, we are looking forward to returning.
Excellent, very good food, and also beers and wine selections are good. The staffs friendly.
5 mins from centre and dew steps away from waterfront.
Great location, nice staff and amazing steaks. I really enjoyed it.
Incredible food with an expansive menu and extraordinary selection of beer, wine, and cocktails!
Decent place in a great location. Staff very friendly, good drink selection and food looked good. Outside seating available.
Food was really good (our table ordered the Pork Ribs, Beef Burger, Roast Pork and Steak). For the steak, you can reconsider ordering the sauce as it is a bit pricey and unnecessary in our opinion. The coffees were of a high standard and the dessert was very enjoyable. Good ambience and great for a hang-out with friends on a Sunday afternoon! Will be back!
Great food and staff very friendly, Joanna was excellent, highly recommend
Beautiful restaurant, central, easy to find. Plenty of windows and open plan makes the place light and airy without compromising intimacy. Service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Menu dominated by steaks but with some variety. My steak was a little peppery, but very tasty, unfortunately my chips were extremely overcooked, and no one came to ask if everything was OK mid-way through the meal, which would normally be the opportunity to raise a problem like that, however, when mentioned at the end of the meal the manager did very kindly remove them from the bill.
Decent pub, not as nice as the graze in bath but its still nice. Food there is really nice, food menu is decent. Bath ales drinks are good quality drinks, serves bounders. Its slightly on the expensive side compared to other bars in the area. Its sandwiched in between queen square and the waterfront so its in a good location.
Very good. Friendly staff and good steaks. Losing a star as my companion and I ordered our steaks ahead of the adjacent table, but our food - which matched our neoghbours- came much later than theirs, which felt like an error which was not acknowledged.
Fisher man's board very fantastic and good quality of fish and beef (£19)
I love this place, its great. By far my favourite place to eat and drink in Bristol. Its nice and spacious, relaxed and the food and drink is great. The staff are always nice too. I like the fact that you can eat in the bar area where its not too cramped and busy, but there is also a more formal eating area right by the kitchen if you want to be in amongst it all. The food and drink is reasonably priced and always good quality.
What a great place. The staff were super friendly, the decor was really nice, but chilled enough i didn't feel underdressed on a friday night in casual clothes. The food was very good. They obviously source very good cuts of meat. Everything was seasoned well and taste great together. I look forward to returning very soon
So it’s a Sunday, nothing booked for Sunday lunch, my son and I head into the centre of Bristol on the train. It’s a lovely, sunny chilly day and all is well. Mid day comes around and the belly starts demanding. A lovely walk through queen square and we come across the Graze Chophouse.
Sunday lunch is advertised outside on a chalk board, but looking through the window and seeing most of the tables are full, and we turned up without booking our chances of getting a feed here seemed very slim. We were greeted by a waiter and he told us they had a table for two, no worries at all. The place looks very clean, and the smell of the food coming from the kitchen was very promising.
The waiter was very friendly and informative of the Sunday lunches available, pork, beef, and lamb. My son and I both chose the pork. I ordered a Bath Ales pale Ale, lovely. The food came out quick quickly considering how busy it was. Meat and potatoes on your plate and the veggies you help yourself too from the serving bowls they bring out. Ok first off, looked amazing, secondly smelt incredible, thirdly it tasted out of this world. The pork....amazing! And here’s the best bit! The BEST roast potatoes I’ve ever had, and I’m 41, and believe me I’ve had a few in me time.
Another great thing about this place is the waiters weren’t constantly asking you if the foods ok and everything is alright. I bloody hate that. They did it once a few minutes into our meal and that’s enough for me. The food speaks for itself. Great food, clean restaurant, lovely staff. I cannot wait to visit again. The pork was £13.95, it was bloody perfect.
Well done graze chophouse.
