Cafe Kino - Bristol - Photo album

This is a house of kindness, nourishment, and connection. I really felt looked after here, and like people care! Made a friend too and had nice exchanges. The staff are magnificent. They offer refills for tea, which is the definition of living the dream. Absolutely worth stopping by this place, it’s
The Burgers were both delicious, the ambiance is quite relaxed and they have a very nice selection of drinks. Definitely try it out. 😋
Visiting from Brighton and was going to have lunch at Fi Real but then realised not open until 4pm. Found Cafe Kino and thought would give a try. Absolutely amazing. Friendly service, great options on the menu and the food was delicious. Love the forward it on scheme where you can pay £2.50 that wil
Relaxed atmosphere, good vegan food with plenty of options. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and good service. Recommended
Wow what a find!! We didn’t fancy queuing in the rain for the cafe opposite so came into Cafe Kino instead. I don’t think it’ll be long until there are queues outside this place as well. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere with lots of space, you’re not cramped in like most breakfast places on t
Perfect breakfast. Great ethos. We loved the great selection of vegan food. Good coffee too. And there is Club Mate! The Berlin feel is complete ❤️
My daughter being a vegan suggested this local co-operative Vegan Cafe for our breakfast, luckily got a table for two, phew.. Freshly prepared food and locally ethically sourced is wonderful to see and even though I'm not a vegan, I totally support these not-for-profit businesses and workers, well d
Went for a gig in the basement. Really great venue for live music. Great service and friendly staff. Everyone was super helpful. Amazing selection of teas and non alcoholic drinks. Brownies and cookies looked amazing!
All vegan coop cafe that gives me Berlin vibes. Very buzzy on Sunday morning brunch time. The breakfast we had [small vegan British and a breakfast muffin] was solid 3.5⭐️ coffee was not particularly great tho. They also have Club Mate, which was my special highlight drink here. The most annoying pa
Delicious, simple vegan food at a great price. The coffee was great too. I love the idea of a co-op working space so I was really happy to support! Berlin cafe kinda vibe. The tables were a bit sticky but everything seemed very clean.
It’s my first time trying a vegan burger and it’s soooo amazing!! Totally better and tastier than any other beef burger. The beans are very delicious and spicy just right. Highly recommend the spicy burger! The chips are great too It may take over 40 minutes at weekend lunch time. Go early or go on
Went for lunch and dinner, cannot get enough of this place! We travel to Bristol specifically to visit Cafe Kino because it’s so amazing. Worth it every time, the staff are really friendly, the food is full of flavour and actually good for you nothing is at all oily/greasy. We had the classic kino b
Great place for breakfast. Large portions, good price, and food very tasty :) mushrooms are well prepared 🙏 I loved that it's a co-op cafe since 2004!!! 10/10
This is my favourite cafe in Bristol. Both food and drink are excellent. The sausage sandwich is excellent. The small breakfast is great and is has good portion sizes. The only frustrating thinf about this place is long waiting times.
Wonderful anarcho-socialist vegan worker cooperative (an employee-owned democratic workplace), highly recommended :)
Nice place in Stokes Croft. Staff friendly and food was good. I ordered Garlic Chkn Burger with Curly Fries. Would recommend. Only draw back is the lack of air conditioning or fans especially given how hot it was. Would happily visit again.
English cuisine adapted to veganism. Good food. The place has a cool recycled 50’s dinner. The ambiance is chill and friendly. At an ethical level it takes the 5 stars. A cooperative of non-profit workers? You have to love them.
I could write an ode to cafe kino, but I don’t think I’m allowed to use that many characters on here. I love the cafe, I’ve been coming here for years, my friends and my child love it, so does my dog. The food is always excellent, coffee always tasty, they’re intersectional, accessible, just lovely
If Bristol was a cafe … Brilliant food, brilliant people, brilliant atmosphere!!! Pretty art on the walls from local artists, lots of leaflets advertising local initiatives and shows, great range of teas, salad and the fried cauliflower is just perfect too!!
