One of the best breakfast spots in Bristol, amazing food, great coffee and the staff are amazing. Every time I’ve been, the staff are always so friendly, it’s a good experience every time. The coffee is always great, plus I pretty much get the same choice for breakfast every time and I still love! Go if you’re hungry and need some good food and coffee for breakfast.

Lovely little cafe. Me and my partner went here for breakfast on Sunday morning, we had eggs & avocado on toast. The portions were large, good value for money. The cafe could do with some artwork on the walls but the overall feel of the place is friendly and calm.

A caff with a difference. Excellent food with generous portions. I highly recommend the Chorizo and Avocado on Toast. Friendly staff who considered everything, from bring out kids menu to offering to hold our order until my partner had come back from getting our baby to sleep. It's a no frills sort of venue, one thing I love is that they haven't crammed in too many tables, so you have plenty of space to enjoy yourself and not feel like you (or your pram) are in anyone's way. Could so easily be missed, but is a must visit for breakfast or brunch.

Dropped by The Toast Room on that day, it was really a lovely and super friendly place. The vibes was really so relax with all the grasses there! Grabbed a flat white on that day, it was really nice in terms of the flavour. a bit nutty in taste~

Was finding somewhere to eat around East Street and didn't fancy anywhere. I remembered The Toast Room, which I'd never been but the exterior is memorable to me for its lovely turquoise paint and wooden sign. I chose a salad plate and it was so delicious and flavourful! I rarely choose salad (I feel it's too boring) but this was excellent - I'm not sure what it all was but it had delicious spiced chipotle butter beans as well as green beans (usually boring again, right) but these were so tasty and citrusy! And some sweet, crunchy red cabbage slaw-type stuff, as well as some spiced houmous. I savoured it all and it only cost £5.50 and was actually very filling! Highly recommend! (Photo taken after I'd already started digging in)
