Can’t quite believe the size of the dirty fries! Burgers were great too. Long wait for food but worth it.
The dirty dirty fries are truly outrageous. We shared a portion and one burger between two and it was way too much! Excellent value and worth the wait (food took about an hour but we were warned at the point we ordered, so this was absolutely fine with us). We will be back!
This a nice corner pub, situated in the area of Stokes Croft. Good selection of drinks & food menu is simple but done extremely well. Great plan to hang out with friends, small and large groups.
I can happily highly recommend this place for food and drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our large group. The food was excellent, we had the starter dirty dirty fries. every time i've came the staff and the food have been amazing - I visited again on Thursday and they all really went above and beyond, I felt so welcomed and at ease

The dirty fries are huuuge so beware, and probably the best burger I had in a while especially for the price. Their non carbonated cider is great as well.
Popped in for some lunch with friends after they recommended the burgers. Turns out they were spot on. Delicious burgers and dirty fries that should come with a health warning. Perfect fayre for a wicked lunch!
Hobgoblin do great burgers and they’re dirty fries are amazing! I love the food at Hobgoblin! It’s definitely one of the many amazing restaurants / food places on Gloucester Road! If you’re brave enough take on their Hot Wings Challenge if they’ve got it running! Friendly staff and a great local pub
Second favourite burger joint the dirty fries and staff are what keep us coming back. Chicken wings are some of Bristol’s best. Food is always hot and of highest quality and has a great range of drinks. Defo visit if you’re hungry or not been!
Awesome burgers, good selection of beers on tap and a bowl of those famous Dirty, Dirty Fries. All you need for a perfect Saturday evening. Located in the heart of the Stokes Croft, Hobgoblin is one of the best pubs in Bristol. Book a table well in advance, they are always busy.
Can't believe I haven't rated this sooner. With a whole rut of new burger places opening in Bristol this place still remains an absolute gem.

Love the Hobgoblin. Great food, beer selection could be better but I'm very happy with what they have. It gets pretty full so I'd recommend getting there early.
