I've visited ANNA Cake Couture on a number of occasions and I've always enjoyed their cupcakes. For Valentine's Day I pre-ordered a box of biscuits from their Valentine's Day range. The biscuits were amazing and my partner was overjoyed! From the presentation to the taste, everything was just perfect. Thank you so much!

I’m absolutely BLOWN away by the service and experience I received for the gender reveal cake I ordered online. We live over an hour away and drove especially to collect our cake today having never even been to Clifton before and only having read reviews for Anna Cake Couture! Oh my goodness, firstly, WHAT a beautiful shop!!!! This is an extremely exciting experience for us with our third and (probably!!) last baby and the effort and love that has clearly gone in to this cake has completely surpassed our expectations! For me personally the service from staff at a shop or restaurant etc is what really elevates something special and the shared excitement and joy from the two lovely ladies in the shop today honestly brought me to tears. I am so so thrilled we drove all this way for this cake - it was SOOOO 10000% worth it 💕

Our absolute favourite bakery! We love the chocolate peanut butter cubicake and cake batter macaron. Made sense that we used them for our wedding cake. The white chocolate fondant for the icing was amazing and the cake was delicious (as always). We went for biscoff, peanut butter chocolate, vanilla raspberry and salted caramel marble. Sad they no longer have the cafe, but maybe that saves me from eating too much cake!

Honestly the BEST cake shop in Bristol. They are a pleasure to communicate with. Always super helpful with my requests, I've bought birthday cakes, cupcakes and the AMAZING cookies from them and each time I've never been disappointed. The customer service is top notch too. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly if you're ever in Bristol please visit these guys! I've also seen they've now expanded to Newport, so if you're in Wales hunt them down!

I’ve ordered cakes (both large cakes and cubicakes) online to be picked up in store several times now for family members’ birthdays over the years. I’ve never been disappointed. The cakes are beautiful, tasty, stay fresh for a while and are always ready for pick up at the scheduled time. Highly recommended.

Had my wedding cake ordered from here and it was fantastic. Lots of rave reviews from the wedding guests! I also ordered the wedding cake tasting box which was incredibly helpful for selecting the final flavours.

Ordered our wedding cake from Anna's - a beautiful, 3 tiered pistachio sponge, rose buttercream and raspberry jam. The team designed a semi-naked finish which was decorated with fresh burnt orange roses and foliage. Anna's team were a delight to work with, great communication prior to the wedding on style, finish and timings for delivery. They delivered the cake direct to our wedding venue in the Cotswolds. This cake is absolutely delicious, and we had so many happy comments from friends and family. It's been our favourite for years and we are so happy we went for something different to a traditional lemon or vanilla sponge (although anything Anna makes is yum!). Delicious enough to serve as a dessert on it's own so everyone could appreciate it, and went well with gelato! Thank you guys for a lovely wedding cake, it was pretty much all gone!

I got a box of 7 macarons from the store on the weekend. Obviously they're a tiny bit pricey but as someone who is usually frugal I can say they're 100% worth it. They're very well made with no air pockets and a perfect macaron foot, the filling ratio is great and they taste really nice (cake batter was a winner for me!). Staff are also very friendly. I really recommend you give this place a try, you can buy individual macarons for £2 each or they have other things such as cube cakes and cookies etc. I'm actually editing my review as I have now tried pretty much all the macarons in Bristol and quite literally none compare to these. Believe me these are the best you'll find in the city!

It is a cute pastry shop with a great red velvet cake but the rest of the cakes weren't that tasty! Also it is a bit expensive for the poor quality in the majority of cakes/cookies and the quantity of them. I haven't tasted the birthday cakes so I have no opinion on that.

Absolutely fantastic customer service here! I ordered a birthday cake well in advance, but ended up having to self isolate and wasn't able to come to the shop to collect it - very kindly one of the staff offered to drive the cake over and do a no-contact drop off so that I would still be able to have this gorgeous cake in time for my partner's birthday. Enormous appreciation for the help, really top tier service! And the cake is of course excellent... I first discovered this place through Too Good To Go, picking up a discounted bag of cookies, and it's such a beautiful shop with such lovely baked goods that I had to come back for a full sized cake, really glad I did!

Such a lovely place with beautiful cakes! Staff member were lovely and made the shopping experience great. I live that we can see the cake from outside and having only one person in the shop was good as well. Got two lovely cupcakes and two amazing cookies from too good to go and it was just incredible :)! Would love to come back again to try more of their beautiful products! Having some student discounts could help as well.

We were there this morning on my husband's birthday. Very cozy place. You can drink delicious coffee and in the same time watch how they prepare the next desserts in the open kitchen. We chose espresso cake and rose, raspberry and pistachio cake and few macaroons for take away. All very tasty. Also they offer baking lessons. Highly recommend

Any trip to Clifton should include a visit to ANNA's. Less than 5mins from the Clifton Suspension Bridge their cookies are a delight and it's cute to see the birthday cakes that have been lovingly crafted. A fantastic small business. Not really a sit in situation but lovely regardless. TLDR: 10/10 GORGE.

Small little cake shop with amazingly delicious macaroons. I can just imagine how good their cakes must be. If you are in the neighbourhood definitely recommend getting some.

My first time trying their cakes and instantly fell in love with the chocolate cupcake and carrot cake! Taking the first bite of the cupcake, I could taste the richness of the chocolate both on the cake and on the icing. The carrot cake was moist, loved the texture, all the different flavours combined gracefully: the carrot, the sultanas, and I guess some candied orange peels(?). Cake presentation was pretty, the shop was also pretty, with a very pleasant lady behind the counter❤️

The NICEST cakes and cookies. I'm vegan and it's nice to be able to eat something that isn't just banana bread or something similarly boring. 10/10 recommend. I wanna go now...

Some absolutely amazing cookies/treats. The range of flavours is fantastic. Had the caramelised white chocolate cookie. Pure amazingness! Highly recommended if in the area.
