New Moon Tapas - Bristol - Photo album

Tried New Moon for the first time this evening with my partner, food was some of the best tasting tapas I’ve eaten in Bristol, especially the chorizo! Cocktails were amazing too. It was very busy but the staff still made us feel very welcome and were very funny the atmosphere is very chilled and qui
Some of the best food I have ever tasted. Whoever created those different sauce flavours deserves a medal. Simply terrific. Also the decor is superb and we had a lovely waitress. Try the coffee martini.
The style of the restaurant was quite quirky but interesting. We ate here on a Sunday lunchtime so it was quite quiet. I would imagine on a Friday or Saturday evening it would have a great atmosphere, particularly if the sun was shining. The outside seating area is really lovely and has a Mediterran
New moon is some of the best Tapas in Bristol. Every month is a new cultural experience (they choose a new part of the world for half the menu every 4 weeks) but honestly it doesn’t matter when you go, the food is spectacular, the atmosphere is superb. Fantastic restaurant. I’m over the new moon.
Ordered 12 dishes for 4 of us absolutely delicious, every single one but favourite was the stunningly tasty lamb cutlets, and the spare ribs ! More than enough food for my husband and I plus my son and his fellow student friend. Very friendly service and efficient. Highly recommend a real treat.
It's the only restaurant that had a place on a Saturday night, but that didn't mean it wasn't good. Small room, we sat outside and near our table there was the stove and they also offered us blankets to warm ourselves. We ordered four tapas to split: aubergine rolls, trio of dips, crispy fried calam
Delicious! Great options of tapas and the special fusion menu. The seafood tapas are very fresh. We ordered scallop, octopus, calamari, aubergine roll, lamb and special pork skewer, they are all amazing ! Some of the dishes were matched with some sort of sour sauce which is right up my street. Staff
Really delicious options of world wide tapas - highlights for us were the pork belly and the patatas bravas! Wine list was also really good. Service was very friendly and attentive. Perfect for date night! Will be coming back again
Jude is excellent and seems to run the show here. Great energy. He is front of house, whilst also waiter & barman and makes it look easy. What a workhorse! Food is great, quaint ambience
ABSOLUTE BANGER! Amazing food, well presented. Did not wait too long either. Coconut chicken curry; TO DIE FOR, as well as the prawns, and, to be fair, everything else was spot-on. Picture here of the spiced duck liver pate (just because it was the first dish), which I made vanish in seconds time! Lo
Perfect location in the heart of Clifton Village, with unique interior and food that will blow your mind. Hidden gem for people that appreciate nice food and best wines...
Fantastic find in the heart of Clifton, with wonderfully judged tapas selection matched with a a knock out wine selection (try the Georgian or Lebanese whites).
The food was incredibly varied, creative and delicious. Its a great format offering sharing platters from foods from around the world. Four us us really enjoyed tasting the different dishes and sharing our opinions with each other. It made for a really fun evening. The Baba Ganoush, cod, pork belly,
Came across New MoOn Tapas this past Saturday evening and asked if my partner and I could get seated for some early evening wine/snacks because we had some time to kill before going to a rugby match at Ashton Gate later that night (didn’t have a booking and we were just in Bristol for the day). We w
Excellent selection of worldly, hispanic and exotic, well cooked, tasty tapas in a quirky little restaurant just like you might expect in Clifton village. Friendly and helpful service at 12.5%. Highly recommended.
What an exciting and vibrant little place. We walked into a very welcoming atmosphere with some live piano music. We ate like Kings for a small price in comparison to what you get. Dishes are so very well presented and taste delicious!
Fantastic dishes, great portion sizes, lovely wine list and amazing service. Really glad we popped in here, already planning our next visit!
Lovely staff. Calamari, wine and sourdough were lovely although the sourdough was a small portion. Camembert was very small/half a Camembert with rather rubbish garlic bread (needed the sourdough) so rather disappointing. We both did not like the artichoke parmigiana. Patatas Bravas was undercooked
It's easily the best meal I've had in the past handful of years. Amazing menu, great quirky decor, lovely staff and the food was excellent. Really decent sized and cooked dishes. Even the desert and coffee was great. Both in taste and quantity. We'll be back and definitely recommend.
