After noticing a queue out the door at Swoon Gelato the night before, curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to drop by the next day. I wasn't disappointed. Not only was the gelato incredibly delicious, but the interior was equally inviting. The inside seating offered a fantastic view of the open greenery, adding an extra layer of pleasure to the experience. If you're in Bristol and looking for a sweet treat, don't miss out on Swoon Gelato. It's clear why people are willing to queue up for this local delight.

Lovely ambience with polite staff. We ordered pistachio gelato which was creamy, rich, & not too sweet. One scoop was only 3.5£. A perfect post dinner dessert! I am definitely visiting again to try other flavours.

So far it is the best gelato I’ve ever tried(haven’t tried Italian gelato before), but I think it’s way toooooo sweet(I got cherry cheese and brownies chocolate). The queue was quite long and there were only 2 staffs working. Anyway, there are plenty flavours I love cherry cheesecake and also Bacio.

Wow this place is really good. I'm a huge ice-cream lover and I saw this place has been voted one of the best in the UK so thought I'd try and was not disappointed. The ice-cream is definitely super-premium grade (high fat content) which makes it so creamy and pleasant to eat - almost marshmallow-y in texture. I got 1 scoop of cherry cheesecake and 1 scoop of pistachio which was a winning combination. The 2 guys serving at around 10pm on Friday 23rd of June were absolutely lovely, very friendly whilst providing a speedy and efficient service. Yes the price is higher than other ice cream options but I'd still choose Swoon every time. Student discount available Monday - Friday and to be honest for the quality it's really a fair price. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience. One of the better ice cream I ever eat but also the staff was very friendly. I am a celiac and they had no problem washing everything to avoid cross contamination. Totally recommended.

Swoon Bristol offers a delightful ice cream experience, but it could benefit from expanding its flavor selection. While the existing options are tasty, introducing new and exciting flavors like coconut, dulce de leche, or even tropical combinations like pineapple and mint or acai with granola would elevate the overall ice cream menu.

The chap who served was really nice and helpful, very friendly to my kids. The gelato was really gorgeous. Not just the flavours, but the texture was velvety and the consistency y was thick and filling. 20 flavours to choose. Price was 4.90 for two scoops which doesn't break the bank. Very nice.

The ice cream is scrumptious. I tried the salted caramel ice cream. The ice cream tasted sweet enough, in a caramel way. The saltiness didn’t overwhelm the sweetness. And I also loved the texture of the ice cream. It wasn’t so hard, and it also wasn’t so soft that the ice cream wasn’t cream with jam texture like it always have been for those, you know, even luxury buffets.

Quite long opening hours and if you arrive early enough you may avoid the queues and enjoy gelato with a view on the city council and the cathedral. Really nice selection of flavours.

Really tasty vegan ice cream with some good flavours to choose from. There were no cones which was a bit of a shame as that's part of the ice cream for me. Some flavours had also melted quite a lot in the freezer - the weather was hot outside but it's an ice cream place so you'd expect to be prepared?

It's popular!!! Super tasty rich Gelato, a little on the pricey side but savour the flavourful rich textures. Highly recommend chocolate and vanilla. Salted caramel was rated as slightly on the salty side.

Delicious ice cream in the middle of town. There was a long queue that ran outside the shop so it was a bit of a wait, and it is relatively expensive, but the flavours are really nice and there are great options available. The mango sorbet was a highlight.

Velvety smooth gelato with a decent range of non-fruit lactose-free offerings. Tried the Mango sorbetto, specaloos, biaco, chocolate sorbetto - all very rich and smoothe though flavors tend to be quite sweet. Friendly staff and a good range of flavors.

I ordered Choc Brownie and guest flavor apple pie ice cream scoops in a cup.😦 I want to emphasize that the staff that helps me scoop the ice cream is quite insensitive to my main purpose, is like,'what is the purpose I order chocolate brownie ice cream?'🫥 Is to eat ice cream with brownies! It has got special toppings so I would buy this scoop with money! Although I do admire the flavor but I request you guys to add more brownies into choc brownie ice cream. 🤨 Also, I recommend to add cream cheese flavor ice cream in your order options because that's one of my favorite flavor.😃

Best ice cream (or gelato to be accurate) I have had in a long time, definitely the best in Bristol! You can sit inside if you want to but I recommend crossing the road and enjoying your creamy ice delight on College Green 🙂
