Had a lovely afternoon tea here unfortunately we were only two customers but we're made to feel very comfortable and welcome
Went for afternoon tea, it was quiet being between lunch and dinner but we were made welcome and enjoyed the venue, service and food. Standard afternoon tea included hot savoury options in addition to cheesecake, brownie and waffle, not a fruit scone or finger sandwich in sight, a lovely change
Mike has given me exquisite, exceptional and efficient service, displaying good memory, social skills and knowledge. Incredible job, I've not been served by another member of staff but he has done an incredible job in recoginising everything down to body language and intent.
My colleagues and I attended a cocktail masterclass led by wonderful staff at the bar.
I liked the way we were taught how to make the cocktails; we did everything ourselves as the staff gave us instructions to create the best cocktails.
I tried the chili roulette for the first time which was exciting (and hot 🥵 but in a nice way)
The meals were filling and delicious; food was served quite fast.
The general area was clean and everything was arranged well.
It was a great experience overall and would definitely visit again.

Dan at the bar was absolutely incredible. The kind of service I always want at a bar or restaurant and never receive. Attentive, cheerful and because of how he was we stayed an extra few hours and brought 9 more drinks than planned because of his ability to sell what you want him to sell. He also managed to pick out every drink I like which, as someone who doesn't drink often and doesn't enjoy drinks, was an amazing experience. He deserves a raise or at least a chance to prove himself in a higher role. I did also tell management while I was there what an incredible member of staff he is, as someone who has worked within recruitment, he is exactly what you want for any customer facing role.
I also had a small meal, which for the price was actually a really lovely meal. I have never once attended this bar, always assumed based on who I see go inside that I don't want to go - but after such a lovely experience I will be returning! Expecting to see him be able work his way up with each visit!
This past weekend I was part of a bridal party who did a cocktail masterclass. Our cocktail guru Mike was absolutely amazing! He was so much fun and made our night 10 x better than we could've wished for. Another staff member Tyler(?, she had pink hair) was so lovely and very patient with a group of hens who'd had a few cocktails!
Brilliant cocktail masterclass provided by Dehnim!! It was his first solo session. He was a great teacher and we had lots of fun making the cocktails. Defo recommend.
Sim was amazing with our hen party doing cocktail making. We can't thank her enough. The place was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

came in for the 2.99 meal deal, it was amazing!! Had a chicken wrap and a pint, Joe who took my order was so friendly and welcoming. The lady (Tyler?) who brought my food was also so friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be back
One of many great bars in the city. Although I try to avoid chain bars this was a good place to start the night! Good drinks selection. Seating outside and great music choice (on a saturday)
Wasn't expecting to pay to get in but turned out to be worth it.
We booked Masterclass cocktail making for my daughters hen weekend, we had an absolute ball and all thanks to our host taking the session Dan, he was absolute fabulous . Dan was interactive and such a lovely person he made it so much fun as well !!! We had the best time THANK YOU DAN FOR GIVING US SUCH A GREAT MARERCLASS !!! Would definately recommend this place !!
Came for bottomless brunch and absolutely loved it! Tyler was a great host, she couldn’t have been more accommodating and was bang on for drinks refills and checkbacks. Give that girl a raise!
