A lovely pub with great beer, outstanding food and excellent service.
I wish I'd taken photos. We had chicken pie and chips and steak pie and chips.
Pies were excellent; chips were crispy on the outside, soft in the middle; served with a generous portion of perfectly cooked veg.
We only visit this area occasionally but we'll definitely make a pitstop at The Three Crowns again.

Can highly recommend the Sunday roasts here. - but be aware it is a limited menu on a Sunday. Plentiful portions with a great selection of fresh vegetables and well cooked meat. Enjoyable desserts too! Shame only black or white coffee...would have loved to finish with a cappuccino! Overall, good value.
The pub was very quiet when we visited; the atmosphere could have been improved by some background music. Will go back if in that area again as it is a lovely traditional pub with a spacious conservatory restaurant and lovely bar area.
Just one other suggestion -please add your new telephone number to your website which at present is incorrect - I tried calling several times and it said invalid number. Thanks to someone who lives in the village we were given an alternative number to tryotherwise I wouldn't have eaten there!!

Lovely place & under new management. The food is excellent. Had their special tonight, Burger & Smoked Brisket, Cheese, Salad & fries and a pint. £12. Truly delicious. Will definitely be back.
