This place smells amazing once you step inside. Nicely decorated and clean. Our group tried several dishes including the hand pulled noodles. All meals are prepared to order so expect a slow, delicious lunch. Reasonable prices for Brighton, and friendlier service than is typical there.

I would highly recommend a visit here. Really quick and friendly service. The decor is sleek and welcoming - also liked the cool comic wallpapering in the bathroom. The food is absolutely delicious, there were 6 of us and we all really enjoyed our dishes. Would definitely recommend and visit again

Delicious handmade noodles and dumplings!! Definitely some of the best we've had since we've moved away from China. We loved everything, especially the pork dumplings and the biang biang noodles. We can't wait to go back to try the other options on the menu. The staff are so nice and friendly.

Excellent food and service. Be aware that many dishes are on the spicy side. Make sure to consult the waiter if it is a problem for you.

Amazing little spot in Brighton, can easily be missed so make sure you seek it out! Best noodles I’ve ever had, you can see them making them fresh on the counter. Will definitely be coming back.

One of reasons I visit Brighton regularly. Yes, that's how good they are 👏 fresh hand pulled noodles . Enjoy authentic regional Chinese food in a comfortable and modern space.

Very authentic biang biang noodles, and I have eaten a lot in China. Also ordered the pan fried dumplings which were very nice. Good service too

强烈推荐手工牛肉烩面。 We ordered two House Speciality Stewed Noodles with Beef 牛肉烩面 with extra chilli sauce and a flavoured egg, the cabbage salad, and a seaweed salad (no lamb left when we placed the order then we both had beef). The spicy flavour gave us good appetite and looking forward to have our mains. Noodles were handmade in-front of us. The broth was rich with meaty and spicy taste. The toppings were loaded in the noodle bowl including black fungus, shiitake mushroom, tofu, day lily, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and the most stunning one, stewed beef(juicy, tender, melt in mouth). Each of ingredients can be tasted but brought together to have an overall rich and spicy flavour in the broth. Staffs were so kind, introduced about how the prepare noodles, stews, meatballs, and invited us back again to try their handmade dumplings and rice noodle dishes. Definitely go back again and again to try different dishes. Acknowledge Dr. Xie Doudou

Attentive but not over bearing staff, wonderful flavours and tasty food. Also watching the noodles being stretched in front of you is worth the price alone

Excellent food from China's Shaanxi province. The Biang Biang noodles are spicy, hand made, and delicious. There are also unique side dishes to try like the smacked cucumber. The staff are friendly and from the modern interior you can watch your noodles being made.

The noodles are authentic and you don't usually find a Chinese noodle bar in the UK that has all the authentic Chinese noodles, but this one does! It's absolutely delicious, the food arrived within 5-10 minutes, and you can see the chefs preparing the food for you. Also quite a few of the dishes happen to be vegatarian/vegan friendly which is really good. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great and I like the interior of this place. Good value for money too! We ordered the Hot and Dry Noodles (Vegatarian), Glass noodles with beef, and seaweed salad as a side. See picture 😍 I will always come back to this place every time I visit Brighton and I highly recommend it to anyone to do the same!

Definitely the best noodle place in the town. Super authentic Xi’anese cuisine with cozy environment. Love it you can see the chefs pulling noddles in the open kitchen, just like the way how we make it in Xi’an. The staff are also super friendly. I always come here with colleagues after work.

The most delicious and fresh noodles ever, lovely staff. Found this place when I was down at a conference at the Brighton Centre. Had take away and ate on the beach. Would definitely return for a proper meal. The scallion pancake was to DIE for.
