Lovely garden centre well stocked,friendly and helpful staff.very nice restaurant lots of choice of food and drinks.
A small group of us booked the Christmas afternoon tea. It was VERY reasonably priced at £10 per head and there was a very good selection of sandwiches and goodies. In fact there was too much but we were able to take home what we couldn't manage in boxes. The staff were very helpful and attentive and we were able to have as many cups of tea as we wanted.
The cafe does need to be modernised, however, hence the 4 stars and not 5.
Nice garden centre with lots of great items, has a florist shop, regatta shop and new fat face shop. The cafe is in a nice building outside, its big with outside seating and has a good choice of cakes and food. We had the five layer cake with lemon curd in between layers which was delicious.
Lovely setting at the top of Elm grove, and beautiful well stocked centre, however the real star of the show is the cheese scone in the large airy restaurant , very nice staff, and cuppa sit in or out had a super morning there and for all your last minute needs there is waitrose on site!
Highly recommended, let's keep these garden centres open!
Neatly presented center with good selection of plants. The restaurant is a nice place to have something specially outside in summer however, it's a bit pricey. Overall the prices of items are higher than the previous franchise but neater than them. The items which are on offer or discount can be good bargain.
Lovely clean garden centre a little expensive but plants are in great condition and they have a beautiful cafe food is great Lovely selection. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely place to visit.
Great place to buy plants, herbs and all other gardening tools. Clean, quick customer service. There is also a cafe at the end of the building and Waitrose to buy other essentials. We love Waitrose freshly baked soft scones. Ample parking spaces and it’s free.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff tonight.I took my two little grandchildren to the Halloween tea it was brilliant 🎃see you next year 😊

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! This garden centre is an absolute paradise on Earth. From the moment I walked through the door, I was blown away by the stunning displays of flowers and plants. The vibrant colours and sweet fragrances filled my soul with such joy and bliss, I felt like I had been transported to a magical land.
The customer service was unparallelled - every single staff member was so knowledgeable and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I was looking for. And let me tell you, I found so much more than I bargained for! They have every tool, accessory, and decoration you could ever dream of for your garden, and then some.
And don't get me started on the quality of the plants! They are so healthy and robust, you can tell they were grown with love and care. I can't wait to see how my garden will flourish with these new additions.
I could go on and on, but I won't bore you - just trust me when I say that this garden centre is the epitome of perfection. I will sing its praises to anyone who will listen, and I will be a loyal customer for life. Thank you for providing such a wonderful shopping experience!
The staff at dobbies are all great and the restaurant are fantastic. The lady at the front of house in the restaurant is extremely good at her job, polite and caring. The food it's self although cooked well lacks flavour. The fish and chip tea is advertised with bread and butter. It was probably some of the cheapest nastiest bread I've had for a very long time and was jnch thick in margarine (not butter) unfortunately this ruined my meal. I would never eat there again but the garden centre it's self is lovely.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant does nice food.
Food was perfect and pleasant even though it was just a jacket potato though felt sorry for the member of staff where he was taking food orders as well as serving at tables he did not have help as most of the tables where left dirty dishes for seagulls to eat from
Very nice garden centre with a wide variety of plants and garden furniture. Plus a nice cafe and a small Waitrose and pet store / grooming centre.
