From Ramen, Udon packs, seasonings, mochi, onigiri, drinks and frozen foods, to liquor. Very affordable and good bits of Japanese and Korean spices/cooking ingredients. Love the atmosphere and vibe of the store :)

Lots of Japanese products available. It is really a shop for Japanese food. There are some Chinese noodles and Korean products but mainly Japanese which.... I love about ❤️ You can buy 明太子 even. Amazing shop that I found today.

Awesome Japanese Supermarket / Konbini right here in Brighton. Great selection in fresh food and shelf-life foods. Authentic ingredients and super nice staff.

Love this little treasure place. Lots of Asian food and drinks for one who is homesick. Most of the food are from Japan and Korea, and a few from China and Taiwan. I definitely love the tempura prawn sushi, green tea matcha ice cream, mochi, ramen noodles and the custard cake. Price is a little higher than average but it is worthwhile. There are also some little gifts and items such as post cards, envelopes, Japanese fan and there is a side shelf with lots of second hand recipe and language books give away for free. The owner of the shop is lovely and polite. I personally visit this place once or twice a week usually the same trip with my shopping at Sainsbury which is right opposite to this little shop. For people who loves sushi, the shop do take order and deliver as well as catering. My husband loves the salmon sushi and hope they would do more salmon sushi as a set instead of a variety of different sushi.

Small shop but full of Japanese products like noodles, snacks, sushi components, drinks, chopsticks and dishes. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location.

Really nice array of products and lovely staff. I mostly buy frozen fish cakes, kombu dashi and other dry ingredients but I do occasionally get waylaid by the onigiri, unfiltered ume (plum wine), and other drinks.

Amazing little japanese grocery store right by Brighton station - stumbled into it by accident and met the most warm and lovely store owners!! They had all you could need to cook up a japanese or korean meal, not to mention the great selection of ready to eats (the onigiri + yakisoba were so delicious!!!). We got ourselves some sneaky one cup namazake for on the go as well. The bigger bottles of sake and whiskey were too tempting but sadly we can’t take them back on our flight to the Netherlands. Thank you so much for little omiyage, hopefully we will be back one day!!

For Brighton this is an absolute Gem. Great for Japanese cooking staples. I actually like buying sashimi here as it’s frozen so it’s easy to transport and store till I need it. I regularly top up here. Friendly staff and there’s always a good snack around. They also have fresh shiso from Japan.

I usually get nervous going into shops alone but the second I stepped in I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed. The staff were kind and friendly! I will definitely go here again! Such amazing products too, my favourite was the drinks ☺️
