Love this little treasure place. Lots of Asian food and drinks for one who is homesick. Most of the food are from Japan and Korea, and a few from China and Taiwan. I definitely love the tempura prawn sushi, green tea matcha ice cream, mochi, ramen noodles and the custard cake. Price is a little high

Really nice array of products and lovely staff. I mostly buy frozen fish cakes, kombu dashi and other dry ingredients but I do occasionally get waylaid by the onigiri, unfiltered ume (plum wine), and other drinks.
Very nice shop with a very comprehensive range of Japanese food and ingredients. The staff is soo friendly. Very accommodating to my broken Japanese language lol. In short, it is worth shopping.

For Brighton this is an absolute Gem. Great for Japanese cooking staples. I actually like buying sashimi here as it’s frozen so it’s easy to transport and store till I need it. I regularly top up here. Friendly staff and there’s always a good snack around. They also have fresh shiso from Japan.
I usually get nervous going into shops alone but the second I stepped in I felt instantly comfortable and welcomed. The staff were kind and friendly! I will definitely go here again! Such amazing products too, my favourite was the drinks ☺️
