Rocked up to this fine establishment this morning with a powerful hangover and a hankering for sustenance. Was greeted heartily by the staff and a backdrop of smooth unobtrusive jazz, and ordered the burnt ends hash for breakfast. An astounding assembly of smoked meat, smoked potatoes and cabbage, BBQ sauce, red onion, and baked eggs arrived in a piping hot skillet, accompanied by a delicious garlic and ginger homemade hot sauce. I ordered extra bacon, which was firm and flavoursome, and sourdough toast that made for a robust and pleasingly crunchy edible hash scoop. It was glorious. All of it. Wanted to order it all over again, and was only prevented from doing so by my goal of attempting to drop a trouser size ahead of my wedding in a few months' time. If I could eat this all day I would. Will be back to sample more delights the next time I'm in Brighton for sure. Also cured my hangover.

Having visited for drinks once before, I decided to try out the brunch The Bronze was offering for the first time today. I had the granola and a coffee to start, and then the Burnt Ends Hash, with their Kimchi Bloody Mary. All the food was fantastic and left me perfectly full, and the cocktails had a nice kick to them too. Would highly recommend the brunch anyone else, and evening drinks too. I am yet to try their normal menu but am looking forward to it!

Visited months back during Oktoberfest and they were one of the few bars in the area celebrating the festival! Serving German food and beers such as Paulaner, Lowenbrau and Hofbrau. Nice ambience and music, with lovely staff. It was well-spaced out and not crowded at all.

Beautifully crafted cocktails, excellent whiskey selections and delicious food. They have started serving brunch and it was one of the best I've had in Brighton.

We came here on 9/01 and had an amazing breakfast - both had the burnt ends hash - we thought it would be an overly fried dish but it was perfectly balanced! You could taste all the different elements. We also had a lovely server, who’s name I cannot remember. Can’t wait to come back soon!

The vibe here is amazing. We were treated like stars and there is such a brilliant selection of alcohol with Whiskey being the bar speciality. Additionally, for those who do not drink, there is actually a good selection of non alcoholic beverages. Food is brillian and Staff are attentive and friendly. Only small, very small, qualm is that for a Buffy themed bar there isn't much Buffy!

Absolutely love this bar! The craft beer and cocktails are delicious, haven't tried the food yet but everything coming out of the kitchen smelled amazing. Relaxed atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff. A fantastic place to meet up with a few mates and unwind. Will definitely visit again!

Love this place, really cool new opening! Great to see people taking the time to select a really nice drinks list that includes cocktails, local craft beer, wine and an excellent Whisky selection from around the world, interesting stuff. Whats really great is the pop up kitchen they are working with, Slow + Low smokehouse. Tasty wood smoked food that works really well with the beers.

This was a really pleasant surprise. This is such a welcoming place, well-furnished and decorated for comfort, with what appears to be a well-curated drinks list (including a tantalizing range of beers - I recommend the raspberry sour ale!). Most important, in so many ways, the staff were uniformly delightful. I think I may have found my new haunt!

Three of us came for dinner on Saturday evening, they kindly found us a table at short notice. The food was amazing, it really blew me away. The drinks were fantastically made and there was a wide selection. The Kinder Bueno Bouvardier was incredible. Highly recommended.

An amazing pub with an even better atmosphere and selection of drinks! Great selection of nibbles as well as some of the friendliest staff I've had the pleasure of being served by! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be making this a regular stop in Brighton.

Was on the way to the Black Dove after someone said they sell Bloody Mary's there. Went here en route to check it out because it was closer. My God, what a treat! This is without a doubt the best Bloody Mary I've ever had. Smokey, savoury and spicy as hell. Apparently they use bacon vodka as well as regular vodka. I'm not usually one for flavoured vodka but if there's any place for bacon vodka it's in a savoury cocktail. Cannot recommend the Bloody Mary from THE BRONZE enough!

Had my surprise birthday at the bronze Saturday and it was excellent. Delicious cocktails and the food was exceptional. Service was also brilliant, the staff were all lovely and I felt very spoiled all night.
