Outstanding! Fantastic friendly service, lovely busy ambience, stunning cocktails and the food was superb! Best meal out in a long time! We shared the Experience Menu and each plate was incredible. Very accommodating for my friends allergy too and replaced one of the dishes for us. Absolutely stuffed but wished it didn’t end it was that good. Highly recommended all round! Thanks to the team for a truly memorable meal!

This was my first time eating at Burnt Orange, having heard great reviews from friends and online! The food was delicious and well presented. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. I found it really considerate that they’d marked up a menu for me with what I could and couldn’t have, based on the allergy info I’d provided when booking. Their nut and gluten free options are fantastic. It was cool to sit at the counter, and see the food being prepared. I’d definitely eat here again the next time I’m visiting Brighton!

Wow! We thought the service was spot on from the minute we got there. The staff were very attentive. We came for lunch and sat at the bar as we thought it’s more fun and entertaining. We started with the lamb cigars and flat bread were beautiful. Some the menu items have a Persian theme to them which I noticed as I’m Persian. Food, cocktails and service were spot on. Highly recommended and get a reservation!

Fantastic!!! Amazing food. We had the experience menu, so the small plates just kept coming. We were celebrating a birthday and engagement, and they added those extra touches.. complementary glass of fizz and chocolate truffle.. which were very much appreciated. The staff were all very attentive but not too in your face.

Easily the best place I've ever been to in Brighton. Next level service, super attentive. One of the dishes on the shared Veggie platter was slightly underdone. The staff gave a free cocktail to make up for it. The food is beautifully presented, the flavours so well paired. Off now to slip into a food coma

Read the rave reviews so thought we’d give this place a whirl. Warm welcome by front of house. Service was impeccable. Attentive genuine unassuming and all that good stuff. Cocktails were a triumph (but please fill the glass to the top, otherwise the customer feels short changed). Great so far. The food however was a little hit and miss. Calamari fritti and marinated prawns were simply delicious but top tip - please serve with a wedge of citrus. Nowhere in the Mediterranean would serve seafood without lemon. The same should go here. The citrus zing would have taken the flavour profiles up a notch or two. Lamb chops were meaty and juicy and full of smoky goodness. Expensive but worth it. The misses. The halibut fi-har was a travesty. Such a fabulous piece of fish smothered in what tasted like a mild masala sauce. The fish should be the star. Serve it naked with the sauce on the side. Let it sing. And the shirazi salad was comedic. It looks much bigger in the photo but it was literally three spoonfuls for £7. And the pomegranate kernels were unripened so no pops of sweetness. If the ingredients are out of season then just remove from the menu or at least change the dish up a bit. And the burrata. Clearly not much cooking skill involved here but it’s criminal not to serve it at room temperature. Ours was chilled which was such a shame. Would I come back? Possibly. Would I recommend you try it out? Absolutely. They’re making a decent effort here and it’s always lovely to feel looked after and at £125 for 2 with a couple of cocktails…so they should.

Great place for lunch or dinner in Brighton. Would highly recommend for the service and atmosphere - but the food is even better. We went for a selection of small plates, all of which were great. A nice twist on classic dishes, alongside other innovative dishes. Would highly recommend miso aubergine! Setting is really nice, too.

One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at! Got the Summer Experience Menu and it was absolutely divine! The lamb shoulders cigars were a game changer. Flamed sea bream was so delicate and delicious. Fantastic cocktails as well! The ambience is very warm, welcoming and cozy. Will recommend this place to anyone visiting Brighton. Hats off to the chef Pete and his team 👏🏾

My favorite place in Brighton and second favorite place in Europe. Very attentive and friendly service. Excellent dishes with flavor and texture. You can feel they are making an effort in designing the menu. Definitely need to order the Halloumi!
