Approved by a Roman! Delicious Roman-style pizza and very good value for money. Staff are really friendly. The base is nice and crunchy and properly proofed; toppings very tasty! they also offer eat in, with a small but nice space outside (I read a review that says they don't). Recommended.

Super crispy and full of flavour. Nice to be able to buy by the slice too just like in Italy. The burrata and anchovy was bloody amazing! Get it! Perfect balance of salty and sweet mmmm. Can't wait to go back. The staff are so lovely too.
Good value and very fresh and tasty. I triied Pepperoni ( generous helping).and jalapeno Slices are a bit bigger than my photo as I had a big bite as soon as I got it home. Friendly owners and kool background music. 🍕

Definitely my new go-to pizza place. So friendly and tastes much more vibrant and fresh than other pizzas in Brighton and Hove (even the posh ones). Don't be fooled into thinking that because it's just one slice it won't be filling, it really hits the spot 👌🏻
Totally awesome pizza, there must be something magical in the base, crusty sourdough, and the toppings are deliciously generous, imaginative and beyond divine! I never do reviews, but Ya! Mino definitely deserves 5 🌟. Close to the seafront for the perfect place to gobble it up! Enjoy!
