THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I went here yesterday with my sister (we had made a reservation) and I can't recommend it enough. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (and surprisingly generous portion sizes) and the cafe was clean and cutely designed. The servers were so sweet and attentive. I had a perfect time here and if you love Hello Kitty and cute, tasty snacks, you should definitely try it out!

I popped in here by myself as got to Brighton early for my plans. I had such a great time. Menu is small however everything I ordered had so much attention to detail. The decor is a Sanrio dream and the staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome. There is a shop and ice cream parlour downstairs too. It was full of tourists when I left so didn't have a chance to buy anything but I would come back. Let the pictures do the talking 😻

We had a brilliant time at the cafe. Everything was perfect, the decor, the friendly staff and the delicious food. We arrived when the shop opened at 10:30am and was able to book a table for 11am when the cafe opened. The guy at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. It was a fun place to be and our visit from Essex was well worth it. We 100% recommend. Thank you!

Super cute food and great menu options!!! Lots of vegan and gluten free options which is wonderful. A few items were a bit pricey for what they are. Portions are bigger than they seem in the menu pictures! Delicious.

I can't rave about this place enough. You get roughly an hour time slot as the cafe is really busy but the service is amazing, really fast to receive drinks and food, very attentive staff. I wasn't expecting the menu to be all vegetarian with so many vegan options but that was perfect for us. I also thought maybe it would be style over substance but all the food was delicious, and arrived beautifully presented. Based on our experience it was extremely well priced. Overall fun experience and would 100% go back hopefully when the cafe changes theme.

Are here with my daughter. The atmosphere is fab, with awesome artwork and statues etc. The Service we couldn't of asked for more. Friendly and helpful! You are only limited to 1 hour at your table which I was unaware of, so it either doesn't mention it when booking online or I missed it which means it needs to be highlighted somehow. There was only 8 other people in the cafe with us but our food took 30 minutes to arrive! The food is pricey but They do go all out with the appearance of the food!! It comes out looking amazing!! But the menu choices are quite poor. I get that with a time limit of 1hr they can't offer massive meals but they only had 4 savory options and ALL of them were vegetarian!! And they are the most random options like a vegetarian burger or avocado on toast?! It was brilliant for the experience but sadly we won't be returning.... The hello kitty shop downstairs however!! Just wow! Quite pricey!! But they are also imported items that you would struggle to find elsewhere!! Just brilliant!

Food is nice, it is all vegetarian which was a nice surprise and drinks are delicious. Staff were super friendly and the overall atmosphere was really great, absolutely everything is Sanrio is themed. Would definitely recommend booking if you want to sit down as we went on a Sunday and a few people were turned away as the cafe was full. Overall, nice place to visit on a day trip to Brighton.

Absolutely lived up to the very high expectations of my 8 year old! Very well organised cafe service with easy booking online, super cute food and drinks and really tasty too! Nice little boutique downstairs. Definitely recommend!

Great little shop in Brighton. Lots of interesting things to buy, great for gifts! Staff were lovely and welcoming - cafe upstairs seemed busy (we didn't eat there today) I think this is a good thing though as it was a quiet rainy day in Brighton so it's obviously popular. (Might be worth seeing if you can reserve seating if you're going specifically to eat.) Great little shop though!

Amazing experience! Booked in advance as its pretty popular. The theming and atmosphere were incredible and the food was super cute and tasty. The waffles were to die for. Staff were incredibly friendly. 10/10 The little shop downstairs has a huge selection of over a dozen ice cream flavours and I bought a great pin as a souvenir!

Let's start with the shop, it was rather disappointing compared to the London one very small selection of items, half the shop was taken by coffe/ice-cream part. Diner part is located upstairs, there are limited sitting options and booking in advance is necessary, you get 60minutes slot that for us did not start at the time we have booked for but maybe 20min later. This affects your whole experience. On the day of our visit staff seemed rushed and not necessarily friendly except for one person who was the sweetest. We had the whole main menu selection, let me say most things are more style than taste except for the hello kitty curry which was delicious but they have run out of it for some people 😂 the super cute frog 🐸 toast with avocado was more like toast with guacamole rather than fresh avocado which affected the taste significantly. Moving on to worse thing on the menu... The vegan burger 🍔 the burger itself was soggy possibly undercooked, whereas the chips served with it were toasted to crisp to could break your teeth on. Beagle were neutral not the most show stopping either. If you do visit stick to one course only either main or the desert alternatively book two slots as 60min would not give you enough time to finish your desert without being asked to leave your table. This could be avoided if your time slot started at exact time you have booked or the establishment reserved more time between the booking slots for cleanup etc. atmosphere is very rushed and not relaxing at all. If your party is 3 and over you will be charged an additional 10% service charge. A place good enough to experience for yourself but not great enough to revisit.

Love the aesthetic of this cafe and that it switches up the theme every few months. I visited a few months ago (Hello Kitty theme - can't wait to see what will be next!). Make sure to book in advance as getting seats on the day is close to impossible. I would recommend their sweet meals more than the savoury ones. The ground floor has a shop which has lots of cute items you can buy and a little cafe but the food is served on the first floor. Although no lifts are available, they're able to cater to people who can't use the stairs by setting up a table on the ground floor.

I was blown away by this cafe. Admittedly, an hour might be too short for a group (you get a 1 hour time slot) but as a solo traveller, this couldn't have been better. The food is beautiful, but it's not at all style over substance. The attention to detail and quality is truly outstanding, every tiny thing looked and tasted impressive. The price is very very fair, most things can be made vegan (or to certain other dietary requirements), the decorations are excellent for fans and the staff are absolutely lovely people. Brighton is brilliant for food, so the fact that this is a standout is a testament to how great it was. I would advise you to book in advance, it 'costs' £5.00 but this is refunded on your bill- while it was empty during my visit, I know it can get very busy. Thank you for an experience I will never forget!

This place was an amazing place to experience. I love the lovely and pastel colour palette included to produce a cozy and relaxing enviourment. This allowed the area to be a kid-friendly place and an adorable place to eat and shop at! The shop itself was amazing too. My kids absolutly loved it too!!

Visited for the first time this year and will definitely visit again if I'm ever in Brighton! The food is both well presented and really tasty, and there was a friendly atmosphere. I also appreciated the fact that the whole menu is vegetarian!

Perfect for my daughter! It’s fun and not crazy expensive. You get an hour slot - which is enough - it’s well organised and staff are good and friendly. Coffee is good and milkshakes were tasty. Recommended for Hello Kitty fans.

A great place to dine for any Hello Kitty fan...like my daughter. Friendly service, excellent presentation and reasonable value. It was my daughter's birthday treat and it didn't disappoint.

Fab experience in the cafe if you love 'hello kitty.' The shop downstairs was underwhelming. Not a lot of good stock, and the price was overpriced for what it did have in stock. It got pretty rammed in the shop with browsers. Felt crammed and considering what was there, l felt disappointed a little by it. It could also have done with a bit of a reference downstairs and outside.

Outstanding, what a place, what amazing food, if you're considering it, do it! You won't be disapointed. My waffle was so good I cried a little.
