Great pub! great pool table and darts board. well priced! friendly bar staff
Another pub I really liked as it was off the beaten track, lovely atmosphere, good staff, a friendly pub dog which would pop it's head above the bar to say hello and a nice selection of beers.
Busy pub with lots of local crowds. Can get noisy and they don't offer food. Nothing special about it but they do offer live sports on multiple screens. Bro close to the station. Service can be improved a whole lot. It's also a little narrow at points so moving around can be a bit of a pain.
Lovely and welcoming, friendly staff on a Sunday evening as we arrived en masse from the very unfriendly Edinburgh "Eddy" pub next door to watch the Rugby World Cup quarter-final. Thank you! We'll be back. πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—
Very nice pub. Very light. Plenty of seats.pool and darts room with electronic scoring. Outside area and plenty of screens. Beautifully clean and tidy. Close to the station.
Great pub for sports and watching Brighton and Hove Albion football, lots of screens.
Really nice pub I used to go in a lot but not so much recently. We were in on a quiz evening highly recommended. The staff were really friendly and it is and always has been a very welcoming place. I'm pretty sure the only major change is that they no longer do food post COVID. It's one of the many
Lovely Pub, thank you Daniel for the good service
Amazing bar! Very friendly helpful staff. Loads of tv's and a proper pool table. Will definitely come here again
Cracking little bar, busy during football but nothing like the pubs near the station, outdoor seating and a pool table. Bar staff and Manager are so friendly and welcoming, loos spotless, which makes a change in Brighton!
the nicest pub so clean bar staff are super lovely. always host a great quiz or karaoke night! a pub for all different ages. never failed to have a great time!
Went here the other week with a friend to play pool, lovely big space around the table and quite a nice table at that, at somepoint in the evening, I went to go to the loo but as an enby, was scared off a bit, when the bartender then offered me the key for the disabled toilet, saying a trans friend
Would highly recommend visiting this lovely pub. Gabby and Paul have only been running the pub for a few months but have clearly settled in very well. They were so approachable and were chatting to us and other customers throughout the day. Sky sports on all day, pool table and great atmosphere. Wil
A favourite for sports, but this pub has a lot more going for it. The drinks selection is okay with a couple of choices for real ale drinkers as well as the more usual lager and cider selections. Food is mostly pies, chips and sandwiches, all hot and tasty. The pub is very clean with very good women
I visited the duke of Wellington this weekend and it is great! The decor is chic and inviting, pool table and darts, live sports and a great courtyard makes it a great atmosphere to go for a drink with a few mates and have a good night. The new owners, Paul and Gabby are lovely too. Will definitely
What a fantastic pub. Staying locally for a few days and decided to pop in for a couple of pints…..super friendly landlady and locals. Great selection of beers available. Lovely and clean, definitely worth a visit. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
Amazing prices with brilliant staffing, landlord and great pub grub. Would recommend to anyone!
It's a lovely, friendly pub, and Kenny the cat is so cute. Paul and Gabby, the landlord and landlady, are really friendly and hospitable, and we had a good chat about football. Would happily go back again. It is on a hill, but I managed it with my walking stick.
We stayed in the garden area of the pub during our visit, which was pretty relaxing - easy to get a table, TV well positioned for everyone to see, and the drinks are well priced Good place for meeting up with friends for watching football
