Karan today had to deal with a difficult incident involving a group of teenagers. He dealt with it calmly and cleaned it without hesitation, even when told that it's okay and to leave it by another employee
Karan deserves recognition for what he's had to go through today, please if anyone at McDonald's Western Rd sees this please forward my message to Karan

Quality of this McDonald's just varies. Like most McDonald's really however the manager or supervisor not sure but his name was Tony. He was superb!
McDonalds is always top of my list when I think I deserve a treat for breakfast. Their sausage and egg is consistently good. I know it’s got those naughty things called calories but I salve my conscience by having a fruit bag instead of hash browns.

This store has gone down hill since last year however my visit last night (Thursday night) changed my mind about this usual diabolical store. The food only took 3 minutes (I’ve waited an hour before here) and it was hot! The manager (slim tall guy) seemed to have everything sorted and the team who usually look so confused actually looked like they wanted to be here and knew what they were doing. Usually the other manageress is outside vaping and chatting with motorbike people while everyone else is drained and confused. Big progress Only think I would say is the tables have always been and probably always be dirty- useless cleaners.
