So delicious! We got medium low spice vegan Tteok-bokki, kimchi pancake and miso soup between two of us for lunch and it was the perfect amount. Was perfect amount of spice for the sudden drop in temperature. Food was quick, hot and tasty.

If you’re in Open Market, definitely give this place a try. Amazing food, huge portions and well priced. I recommend getting the rice cakes with fish cakes, but avoid the curry as you don’t get much meat, it’s mostly curry and some rice.

A lovely lunch! Had a big container of noodle soup (ramen) with pork for £6. The lady that took my order was so cheerful and helpful. The order took approximately 5-10 minutes to be ready, but it was quite busy when I ordered. I really enjoyed the noodles, although it was missing something for me, but still I would definitely be coming back.

Their kimchi is out of this world. I lived in Korea for two years and have been craving some amazing, homemade kimchi ever since returning. I haven’t been able to find it anywhere….. until I discovered this gem on a day-trip to Brighton. I now need to go back and buy a whole kilo! 😂

Tasty vegan options at reasonable prices to sit in or takeaway. My favourite is the vegan tofu katsu curry but the dumplings are delicious too. Good sized portions and always piping hot.

I absolutely love this place when visiting Brighton. The most amazing food, service and prices too. A mere £6.00 for the most incredible bibimbap with chicken (and made extra spicy at my request). Katsu chicken can be had for the same price as well. Portion sizes are great too. It is worth pointing out that the service here is just brilliant. There’s the friendliest of welcomes for all and return customers are recognised too. With the COVID-19 situation still in full swing and Korpan having only just reopened, there was such genuine appreciation for our business today. Tables and stools are provided for eating in and all meals can be packed up nicely for takeaway. Not living locally, I came away with a nice big jar of kimchi and two more bibimbap portions too. For great, authentic food at a brilliant price, Korpan is an absolute must! And, incidentally, there’s vegan and vegetarian options too, so everybody is catered for.

First time coming to eat here. Food was absolutely delicious. Most authentic Korean food I've had. It's nice that my daughter could eat something there as she has multiple food allergies. Reasonably priced as well.

Located in the Brighton Open Market, is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for delicious Korean and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the friendly staff makes you feel right at home. The menu offers a fantastic selection of dishes, but the spicy noodle soup is an absolute standout. It's packed with flavor and heat, making it the perfect dish to warm you up on a chilly day. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for your money. Overall, if you're looking for a fantastic meal in a relaxed setting, Korpan is definitely worth a visit.

I had a bowl of beef bibimbap, it’s warm and tasty for quick lunch, and it’s £5.5! Love the spicy flavor and soft rice! Authentic Asian flavor

Happened across this gem of a place soon after arriving in Brighton for the day. The market smelled amazing and we tracked it to Korpan Deli. We ordered Bi Bim Bap and Noodle soup with various meat/vegan choices and levels of spice. Also ordered vegan gyoza dumplings. All were absolutely delicious, hot and filled with healthy fresh vegetables. Service was quick and friendly. A great start to our day and thoroughly recommended! Also tried several of the homemade mochis (9 flavours to choose from!)

Had a really good meal here with my partner during our trip to Brighton! The staff were kind, sweet and welcoming! The food was amazing! They have vegan options too which helps a lot! I ordered Vegan (Tofu) Katsu Curry and my partner ordered Yakisoba! Both of us enjoyed our meal!

Delicious authentic Korean and Japanese food, the best homemade Kimichi to takeaway for home and beautiful tea. I am a frequent visitor of Korpan, a perfect lunch spot.
