Excellent food compared to other cafes in the area, drink was made hot instead of ice but quickly resolved thought still warm upon delivery, staff are eager to help and friendly, seasonal pistachio latte was delicious.
Like most Neros, open early on Sunday, coffee is good, sofas need replacing.
Cake was absolutely delicious. The coffee was great.
The guy who served me was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately his colleague was more interested in chatting with his friends than serving, even though the queue was quite long. The floors were absolutely filthy, covered in crumbs and rubbish. Which is a shame because seriously, the cakes are amazing!
Lovely experience at this Neros. Delightful attitude from Staff. Hence the photo to say do come visit and see what life is like. Relaxed sitting outside with the Ambience yet again. That word (AMBIENCE) is everything you needed to enjoy coffee at its best.

Welcoming staff. The Preston St /Western Rd branch is flooded with natural light and furnished with comfortable seating. The single origin coffee is worth the 30p surcharge. At opening time, 7am M-F 7.30am Sat & 8.00pm Sun, we are greeted with classical music and smile (usually).
Nice and easy to use with lots of space and area inside and outside for seating. Next to the road where buses are and a good selection of things to have here.

Nice location and quick serving times in here with standard stuff to have here, been a few times in the past. Can be busy at certain times in the day though.
Best coffee in Brighton. Girls at the tilt and barista are so great, helpful and polite. Always a Nero coffee when I have a chance😏

Good levels of seating available: inside/outside. They have a loyalty card scheme, ask for your stamp.
My partner used the toilet, pee puddles no hand drying facility.

This is A GREAT Cafe Neros....( Compared to The Female with A Wolf on her Shoulders..Who Works in the George Street, Hove , Cafe Neros!!! 🤐! ) A Complaint was put in Regarding her Non People Skills!!! Etc and Am Still to get very Far With IT!.....However, I praise Good Service In Any Business...And Complaint Regarding People who Are Rude, Shell Fish and Perhaps should Consider Looking for Some Other Type of Work...!!! 👍
Anyway, In this Western Road, Brighton I have Always Had A Good Experience..even when the Staff are Clearly Under Pressure Etc .... As he was with being on his Own and About 8 to 10 people waiting in A Queue! Well Done to Him....😁

My experience has always been a pleasant and positive one. I must also that the Staff have always been cheerful and courteous, I drink Tea, and have always had a decent cuppa/mug. I personaly like the place.
