One of the best Indians in Brighton! I really hope you haven't closed for good anyone know? Its been months now and no answer and the shop is closed :( I could actually cry
It's a great place, they cook delicious Indian food with kind service. The offer only take away service. They accept credit cards. If you are ordering by phone it takes around 45m-1hr to arrive and they will take your credit card info over the phone (I've never had an issue with them). My favorite take-away in Brighton.
Been going here for 10 years now. Incredibly good value and service. Lovely people. Really is a back street wonder that blows pricier, bigger curry houses out the water. Delicious food, super tasty. Free home delivery over 12£ within 2 miles. Please visit and support local!
Love this little take away, family run and delicious food, I always ask them to reduce the amount of sugar in the curry I order and they are happy to oblige.
I have ordered my takeaway here for 11 years. Such fantastic, good quality food. I'm really fussy with curry and these guys are fantastic. If you want any changes they are always more than happy to do it.

Chose this as round the corner. What a hidden treasure!! Piping hot, generous and really tasty dishes. Amazing price compared to most Indian restaurants in Brighton. Definitely worth trying. I will be back next time in Brighton.
I have never reviewed anything online but I have created a trip advisor account for the sole purpose of leaving this review. The gentleman who took our phone order was so lovely, polite and helpful and had no problem catering to our special requests (I really don't like peppers). The food took 50 mins to arrive, only 5 minutes longer than quoted, but it was well worth the wait. Piping hot, fresh and beautifully cooked and at a reasonable price! We will definitely be making this our new go to for Indian take away. 😋
I love this takeaway. I moved to London road, but the Maharani still make the best Vindaloo in town, so I get it delivered now. The people who work (own) the Maharani are so nice too. Great place.
I never leave reviews but this place deserves one. I am a usually a major fan of deliveroo solely because I enjoy the food they deliver but their service and charges are not so wonderful. I have been searching high and low for a decent takaway that doesn't cost the earth and stumbled on this little gem. The food is great, good polite service, turned up on time and was extremly reasonable. In the day and age of everything fancy and somewhat over complicated, a simple, delicious, Indian takeaway is sometimes what you need and this place nails it, I shall absolutely be ordering from here again, fantastic place.
I have lived in Brighton all my life and have loved a decent curry for as long as i can remember. 10 years ago i found it at Maharani! I usually use there once a week or so and have never had a bad meal as of yet. What makes it different is the ingredients jump off the plate at you because they are so fresh which along with the sauce is everything where good, average or bad curry is concerned, Along with great service and superb prices I never go anywhere else. Also you can tell it,s a family buissiness because nothing is too much trouble. All in all fantastic food and lovely people too. Try a king prawn jalfrezi and if you dont like it then you dont like curry....

Too easy to rinse £30+ on curry here. It's amazing and they do deals on a Thursday.
Reliably good curry house. Good value. Rarely startling but always tasty. Friendly staff. A good all rounder.
This is by far the most under rated curry in Brighton. I have used them as my 1st choice in Brighton for over 12 years.
