We were pleasantly surprised by how tasty all our curries were - vegetable korma, chicken tikka jalfrezi, and chicken korma. Also, decent sized portions with rice included. Good bread. Only downside was limited range of veggie curries, but as the veggie I was happy to get good food (have been disappointed by other Indian takeaways elsewhere). Definitely recommend and will be returning.
Been visiting these guys on and off for years now & can't remember being disappointed.
Tonight's food was spot on - I like a Vindaloo and the balance of heat and flavour was perfect.
This is by far one of the best curry establishments in Brighton & Hove. Super friendly service and high quality freshly prepared ingredients. My fave is the chicken chilli masala; couldn't recommend this place more.
The most beautiful vegetable curries! Friendly staff too. I want to return every night now :)
As much as I adore the Chilli Pickle, sometimes you don’t want to spend £50 of your hard earned cash on a simple takeaway. Living near Seven Dials have often passed this place and curiosity got the better of me.
Celebrating the return of my tastebuds after C19 wiped them out for most of August decided to be lazy and get a mid week takeaway.
Most old fashioned curry houses serve dry chicken, over sweet sauces and murdered vegetables, but I am always on the look out for a fairly decent cheap hit of a chicken madras.
Ordering: simple and straightforward
Timing: ready for collection when promised
Portion size: Mummy bear; not too big and not too small
Taste: bang on. Chicken juicy, vegetables treated with respect, perfect rice and a delicious mint sauce to dunk crispy popadoms which were cooked in fresh oil.
Two mains, rice, naan, popadoms, side veg for twenty quid and just round the corner.
A great way to spend your disposable income
Really good, typical curry takeaway - best I've had in Brighton for a while.
Btw - I give 4 stars for really good! 5 for amazing. It's not amazing, it's really good and I'll be ordering again.
Amazing food and incredibly helpful staff.
I can’t believe I’ve lived in seven dials for so long and not eaten at Curry Inn before, the curries are delicious and the onion Bhajis are the best I’ve ever eaten.
I’ll definitely be a regular here from now on!
First time user and always skeptical about my favourite korma.. I decided to give these a go and don't honestly regret it. It was nice sweet and perfect in every way. The staff friendly honest and the price matched this. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for a great takeaway and a reasonable price to spend on a meal for people of any amount..
Best curry in Brighton! Well.... these lads are the best in their price range by a country mile. for 7.50 you get a meal with meat rice and curry sauce topped off with salad and a popadom. I hit this place every Friday!
This is the best curry house in Brighton. The food is delicious and the ingredients are fresh and of very good quality. The owner and his staff are super friendly too. Highly recommend!
Ordered for the first time since I've moved to Brighton. Top marks from me. Very good food. Came within the time period they said it would. Decently priced. Definitely will be ordering again.
Great prices, fantastic food. The madras is very spicy - I love it! Cauliflower bhaji was the perfect accompaniment too to cool things down a bit
We had a delivery, oh, my what a delivery it was. Perfect temperature, fresh, great amount and tremendously tasty. By miles best curry in Brighton.
After trying all the currys close to Seven Dials, this is the one I kept coming back to. Great quality and outstanding service. There can be a wait during busy periods. Never been a big deal for me, but I'd suggest ordering ahead if you are tight for time.
Friendly respectful staff, not too expensive and not swimming in oil. If you ask nicely they will customise the spiciness of your meal for no extra charge. My recommendation would be a spicy korma.
