Good price with quality food in Brighton!!!
I think they have the best fried chicken in town, authentic Korean fried chicken with different flavours. Taste the same as what I had in Seoul! Definitely recommended! They have a set for chicken and rice which is a great deal. Went there twice and looking forward to go again.
I was so excited to dine here! We have been having take outs from chikini for quite some time now. It is local to Brighton and I get to have it when my friends buy some for me.
Had lunch with my partner here and I got the chikini bikini set. I would recommend the saucy for a real korean fried chicken flavor. (CAUTION: PEANUT ALLERGY but it can be removed upon request)
My partner got chikini original and a side sauce of gangnam style ( basic but done well)
I also ordered the doritos chicken - salty and cheesy indeed. Quite a unique flavor that really got my approval.
Kimchi rice is a must as I am asian and its good paired with the chicken 😊
For the sides, we both had their kimchi slaw and it qas a perfect palate cleanser.

By far the best Korean Fried Chicken I've had so far from the many options available in UK, London mainly. Me and my girlfriend found this as we were craving Korean Fried Chicken on a whim, and I was surprised they had one while we were in Brighton. The chicken itself was juicy and succulent on the inside, as well as crispy and flavourful from the sauces they had on offer.
The restaurant itself had a really homely feeling, the staff were also really welcoming.
Will definitely come here again if I'm in the area, I also recommend this to anyone who loves Korean Fried Chicken!
I ordered Doritos Chicken wings and Sweet potato fries via uber eats and it tastes so good. The taste of its chicken wings is very nostalgic and made me miss back home. I will definitely order again.
Tasty chicken, amazing kimchi rice. Curry rice was nothing special. Kimchi chips are very different - worth a try!
As a Korean, I have 0 expectations in Korean restaurants in the UK BUT I was very happy to find this place especially in Brighton! The saucy wings were really good. Gangnam style was alright. Very happy to stumble upon this place in Kemptown. Will definitely visit again.
The chicken was BEAUTIFUL oh my god me and my other half practically swallowed the meal. The service was also very fast and the menu great. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner but the food was so great we barely looked at anything but the chicken.
Chicken is delicious, shame you can't have a selection of flavours when buying larger portions.
Kimchi rice lacks taste however the chicken is definitely worth it, especially the doritos one!
Chicken was well nice, wish they didn’t serve it in a tray with paper in the bottom, only a small place with 4 tables but nice atmosphere and toilet. I got the curry rice and chicken 👍

I gave 4 stars because in the last orders the size of the pieces decrease a lot, i dont know if they change the suplier or what, before we are able to choose the pieces we want in the set now they dont let it anymore =(
Last time i went to order, they burned the thighs and i just realise at home.
I hope they recover their outstand quality and let me be abble to refer them to everybody as i usually did.
Hands down THE best fried chicken in Brighton and to be honest probably the best I’ve had in the UK. I’ve been eating here for a long time and have never ever been disappointed. I’m not one to write too many reviews but seeing a few bad ones here made me feel compelled! I will not have a bad word said about this place and the prices aren’t even over the top, you want cheap chicken go to KFC. Keep up the great work guys ❤️❤️❤️
If you like Korean fried chicken this is one of the best spots in the city. Tucked away on a back street, it's only small and rarely seems busy but I assume they do most of their business on Deliveroo. Good selection of chicken and vegan alternative options along with kimchi rice and other sides. You can accompany your tasty greasy meal with a sugary soda or a nice beer

Loved it! I got the Saucy 3 piece thighs with chips and kimchi slaw. The portion was more than I should have eaten but it was insane good. The chicken had a deep fried breading, as should be expected from Korean fried chicken. The sauce was sweet and plentifull, fully covering the chicken plus more at the bottom of the box that I used to dip the fries.
I visit Brighton maybe once a year and this will be my new dinner haunt.
The young lady at the counter was sweet and polite. She was patient as I yammered on about my living in Korea and ex-military stuff, while we both waited for my order to be finished. She deserves a medal. 😂
Oh, the Saucy sauce is not spicy so try it on the little ones.
Ordered the 20 piece wings done three ways (original, gangnam style and saucy) and moo (picked radish- great palate cleanser between bites of saucy chicken). The fried chicken has a crispy but light batter, and the meat is still moist and flavorful. Sauces are quite tasty too! Good value for price (<£25 for two; we asked for a box to bring leftovers home as we couldn't finish them all). Wasn't expecting to stumble upon good korean fried chicken place on a one day trip to Brighton, but now I wish I can teleport Chikini closer to me! Definitely will recommend.
Best chicken in town, hands down. Then add some sauce and things get dangerous! Seriously addictive. Been coming for years now and it's consistently amazing. Staff are lovely too - they care and always take time to have a little chat. Highly recommend you give it a try - you'll soon be as hooked as me and my mates.
