Eatalio is my favourite place to grab lunch! The best cripsy chicken, pepper pasta in town. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
Also for those who work early - fantastic bacon sandwiches before 11am for £1.50!!!

I come here every day for lunch. Excellent value for money with delicious locally sourced food that is also very healthy. The staff and owners are always incredibly friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I highly highly recommend anyone try it. Thanks guys.

I have eaten here many times and it's always a good experience. The staff are super friendly and the food is freshly prepared in front of you. Their breakfast rolls and coffee are amazing and have saved me from Monday mornings many times over. 10/10 would munch again.

So happy Eatalio came to Brighton, I eat here almost everyday i'm at work, it is by far the best place to eat in town! All the staff are lovely, they have a great choice of fresh salads and vegetables you can mix with whatever you fancy. Fresh pasta cooked to order and a impressive menu that would suit any dietary requirements. I would recommend them all day everyday!! <3

I’ve been coming here for a few years and i’ve always loved it. I crave it all the time! The guy who works in there is so lovely and he makes fantastic food. Portions are nicely sized. I get several different things each time I go and it’s always delicious - I’d be incredibly upset if this ever closed as there’s nothing else quite like it around! Thanks for making such yummy food 🙂
Quick, fresh tasting, good quality food, really affordable price too (plus 25% off for working nearby)- no more fast food which puts me in a food coma for the rest of the day!
Something that I was subtly impressed with was that their takeaway forks were sturdy enough to not snap when I tucked in to my spicey chicken pasta so I’ll definitely be making a return

Enjoyed a dinner after the marathon. The set menu was really well priced and the food was decent. Staff were extremely helpful. Served by Monica who was really efficient even though it was busy.
The best Spaghetti in Brighton for the price. Finished in 4 minutes. Can't say that about many other places
This place is the absolute best! The food is really yummy definitely my favourite place to eat in or takeaway. i love the concept of choosing what i want in my pasta bowl. I recommend ordering the Italian Mini Pizza's as a side. Decent prices and the staff and the owner are so nice and knows how to deliver good customer service.
A fantastic place near to the rail station and shopping centre. Food is amazing and staff are lovely and friendly. I love it since I could be my own chef and choose among the freshest ingredients. It doesn’t matter which, Pasta, salad, wrap or coffee all are amazing; And they are the quickest in town. Thank you so much guys for making my lunch breaks the best part of my everyday. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED
Soooo good. The pasta was amazing, I can’t recommend the spicy tomato sauce enough (thought the ranch was kind of meh). I do wish they gave you more than 3 free toppings though, especially considering that I did get a medium bowl instead of the small.
The servings are incredibly generous, and you won’t leave hungry for sure.
The mini pizzas are kind of nice, though I was expecting something different. I really liked the bread they used and would love an option without the cheese.
The chocolate brownie was also lovely. They also do a generous student discount, which I appreciate. All in all, a wonderful place with wonderful food and great staff.
Very good fresh pasta, staff super nice and friendly. The build-your-own pasta or wrap really works with fresh, delicious and healthy options if you want. The fussili pasta is wholegrain which is nice because it's very difficult to find on restaurants. It's baby friendly too with some highchairs! It has toilets.
I was not at all sure about this place when a friend of mine suggested we meet for lunch, as usually Italian places have a tendency to lace every ingredient in dairy and base every meal on pasta or bread - not so much fun when you're lactose intolerant or allergic to gluten!
I am really glad to say that I was positively surprised. The manager who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful and ran straight out to fetch the allergen cards. Not only were there a huge selection of dairy-free options, they have gluten free pasta!
The gluten free pasta is cooked to order as is the steak. Super tasty food, super friendly and accommodating staff and a great spot for lunch out!

I'm surprised more people aren't doing this: assembly line pasta (or wrap or salad). Nice free range chicken. Tasty fast cheap and healthy. They also have gluten free pasta, it's not as fast though. You have to wait for it to cook, an extra 10 minutes.
Gluten free pasta cooked to order, takes 10-15 minutes. Loads of gluten free topping options, had the Italian sausage which was delicious. Service was quick and attentive, good price for fast food.
I personally didn't eat the Halal pasta here but my kids loved it! We were in Brighton for 3 days and went here twice. The service was great and the kids really enjoyed the pasta. They have already asked to go to Brighton again just for the pasta.
Amazing Italian Cuisine! The combinations offered are well versed and so far I have enjoyed every single one. They even offer gluten free pasta when asked for in advance. Very nice staff and delicious food. 10/10
