One of my new absolute favourite places in Brighton - just seen it may be closing sooner than thought, which is a huge shame, but it deserves to find brand new premises so Yoddi and his fab colleagues can carry on serving the halloumi, the dips, the potatoes, the beetroot salad, the feta, the legendary Grexit, and some of the biggest smiles in the city. Had a great meal at Pappa Pitta last night. I could have had a whole meal of just the starters they were so good, especially the beetroot and feta dish alongside the calamari. The souvlaki was just as tasty for the main. Well done guys, great job. I will be back soon.

Really great beer and craft cider. The food it lovely too - I ordered the Cypriot sausages and they were amazing. I'm a sour beer fan and the strawberry sour is super drinkable. Highly recommend
When in for a pint of Brighton Pier and it was great. The place is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is great and I felt welcome unlike some pubs. I will return to try more of the local ales on offer. I also was tempted with the food menu but it's a excuse to return.
Lovely, laid back aura, in a great space. And... You can get Ascension brewery Pilot Cider on draft here!!!! 🤗 Can't wait to try food and darts night. Definitely moving onto my list of locals 🎯😊
Great Selection of beer and very friendly welcoming staff. Even made the gesture of giving us bottle of cider for free as they had messed up unbeknown to us. So for them to acknowledge that and give us that as gesture of good will when they didn't need to was quite refreshing. Will definitely be returning soon.
Hanover has just lucked out with this new pub opening. Loads of great beer, porter and stouts. Staff are really helpful in finding a beer you’ll love. Really passionate about what they serve, especially if you’re pairing it with the in house Cypriot kebabs run by Papa Pitta! Oh my days that’s a brilliant pairing in its self. Three nights on the trot we’ve gone for dinner and it’s bloody tasty.

Great selection of ales, craft beer and ciders. Good music, nice garden space. But the food from Papa Pitta is excellent, best halloumi I have eaten . Lovely souvlaki all cooked on charcoal for a wonderful taste
Great place to eat with lovely beer. Service was very good, we ate lunch (Greek cuisine) and left feeling full and happy. Very good value for money and an all round pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Meltingly good food, delicious beers, friendly staff - food came so quickly and always had someone check on us when our drinks we close to finished. Comfortable and fun atmosphere.
This is the kind of quirky local pub that you might pop into for 'one or two' and end up chatting with the staff and regulars until closing time. Feels small and cosy due to the layout but has plenty of space, including darts downstairs and a garden. Good draught beers and knowledge staff to help you choose/ sample! They used to have a dj night that was all vinyl, blues/rock'n'roll, I hope this is still going.
Great mixture of real ales on pump including some local brews. Nice crowd in here with eating upstairs in the bar area and downstairs too, and an outside patio area. Quiet part of town.
But what really makes this something out of the ordinary is the food on offer! An open kitchen in the main bar area (Papa Pittas) serving up fresh Cypriot kebabs. Omg! What else could you want to go with a good pint? 24hr marinated chicken, pork or lamb beauties to order. Great selection of sides if you want something smaller, like sheftaliks, calamari, hummus, tadziki, tahini or fried potato slices. Amazing! Fantastic quality. We'll be making a point of coming back here even if we're not in the immediate area. Heaven.
