We stumbled upon the Flint House and we did not have reservations. They set us up at the counter which provides a full view of the kitchen. We decided on the tasting menu with wine pairing as it's a small plate menu. The menu was outstanding. Each dish presented a new set of wonderful flavours.
We've just been to The Flint House for my birthday lunch, and what a wonderful lunch it was.
I'm wheat intolerant and often wary about eating out, especially in nicer restaurants. The waiter made adjustments to the chefs menu so we could still choose that and I didn't feel like I was missing out.

Everything was absolutely delicious, there was not a single dish that we didn’t love.

The food was amazing - we had the tasting menu and wine pairings and you cannot fault the quality, variety and value. We went late in the evening and did feel slightly rushed at times, but on the whole was a brilliant meal and would go again.

All around great restaurant in the Lanes in Brighton. Large menu with a variety of delicious dishes. I had the radicchio salad, bream ceviche, and pork schnitzel -- all were very well made, delicious, and I would order again. Definitely a strong recommendation for this place. You'll enjoy!

Truly tremendous! Not to be missed. We had an absolutely fantastic meal here, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Every dish and bite was beyond delicious! VERY gluten free friendly, too!
