As someone who lives in the area but spends a lot of time away, this place is one of the reasons I love coming home. Still the best BLTs I have ever tasted and a warm welcome every time. As a dog lover, I love meeting their canine customers and the relaxed atmosphere always makes me smile.
Very comfortable. The staff make you feel at home & the food is amazing. So filling, even the salads. So nice to be made to feel at home & that nothing is too much trouble. Love coming here & I highly recommend it to anybody visiting Kemptown in Brighton. You won't be disappointed

I had the vegan breakfast; the scotch styled sausage and haggis were home made and very tasty - a greasy spoon with unique twist.
A great local coffee shop that serves really good coffee and pastries, breakfasts (looked amazing) sandwiches / jacket potatoes etc. Staff are really friendly a the whole once keeps on getting better. Also has a couple of opens each day available to read when I have visited. Cash and cards accepted

Friendly and cosy. Some places are all frills and no knickers. This place is genuine and although I’ve only been once I get a sense that it is reliable and unpretentious.

Necot is my favourite coffee shop in Kemptown. Not so pretentious as most of the other ones. Down to earth, super lovely and fun staff, great music and food. Good prices too! Love it!
Fairly standard menu but I what they do they do well. They do have some Scottish staples for those who enjoy Caledonian fare. As an Australian, their coffee is excellent. Best I've had so far in the UK.
Great food - good selection of veggie/vegan options and fantastic coffee, all at great prices. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Good wifi if you fancy doing some work over a coffee or tea!
Came here on the weekend and had a great full vegan breakfast. It was simple with nice ingredients, cooked well and served hot. Perfect!
