Honest burger always hits the spot! Small place, looked busy, but sat us down immediately! We had the Brighton special burger it was very spicy but tasty and also had the honest burger, both medium rare and loved them. The rosemary fries are crispy and tasty, seasoned very well, salad was crisp and the dressing was fantastic. Onion rings are as good as it gets too, by the time we ate the above we didn't have space for the onion rings. I would recommend and visit again!

I *do* like a good burger... and the ones at Honest Burgers are excellent. An amazing flavoursome burger with wonderfully crispy bacon and lovely melted cheese. Rosemary salted chips (they'll give you the salt separately if you ask). Some nice beers including low alcohol ones. The staff are friendly and attentive and there was some great music playing too when I was there... Whether you can guarantee 70s disco each time you visit is anyone's guess but I will definitely return to find out 😊

Tried their limited time special, a truffle burger and it was absolutely amazing. Huge portions so I have some leftover chips. Absolutely delicious and great staff.

We had 2 smash burgers and chips here. They tasted really good, and the products were of high quality. Personally, I believe that replacing the onions with caramelized onions would elevate the burger to another level. The staff and owners were courteous, the kitchen was clean, and the ambiance was beautiful. The perfect place for a nice burger on a cold Brighton day!

Love their food, visited with family having lots of allergies and food intolerance issues. The manager was very patient and polite, he understood the issues and suggested accordingly. Honestly it’s Honest honest food and service . Highly recommended.

Good burgers. I didn't realise Honest Burger started in Brighton, they have a plaque on the wall explaining the origin, which I thought was a nice touch. Beware though, this is a small restaurant. When we went, they only had the downstairs floor open, which seats around 40, I'd guess. They'd also opened later due to a late delivery, on our visit, so when we were seated, there were people queuing outside for a table. Service was good, though, friendly & helpful & they checked our meal was good. Soft drinks are a can, which doesn't make you fell like you're getting great value for money, sadly. The fries are rosemary herbed, which isn't to everyone's taste. Be nice of they offered without aswell. We had the smash burgers, doubles with bacon, which were really nice, crispy but juicy & full of flavour. I would definitely go back.

Love the red onion relish(salty and sweet) in the beef burger! Making it more flavorful!

Always had brilliant burgers at Honest, meat succulent and smooth and generally delicious. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t their usual standard - the burger was dry (despite being pink) and bitty with chewy bits. Unsure if supplier has changed but has put me off going back when it was a fav of mine for eat in or takeaway. Bacon gravy was delicious though. Service was great as always.

Honest Burger Brighton was brilliant. A cute little venue with outdoor seating too. All the staff were very accommodating. My youngest daughter is coeliac and they fully understood what that meant. An absolute must as a place to visit. ❤
