La Choza - Brighton - Photo album

Bustling place, great food and service. Got the ceviche, burrito bowl and quesadilla and liked all of them. Added a guacamole as well to the mix. Calamari was standout for us, better than the usual pale yellow batter-heavy stuff elsewhere. Worth trying !
La Choza. Arguably a Brighton institution. Staff are really friendly and accommodating, service is fast and the vibes are good. In general the food is pretty good. As usual, for such cuisines outside certain geographical areas, a diagnosis of outstanding is hard to come by. Therefore, such a deducti
Very tasty chorizo mince tacos and coleslaw and fantastic service from our server Luis who took care of us with some menu questions :) food quality a bit nicer from previous times
I love La Choza. Have been many times and always been good. Went for lunch today and as good as ever. The fish burrito is fabulous. (The photo is of the kids portion, which is just a little bit smaller than the adults size.)
Could not recommend enough. Even though the restaurant was full to the brim the staff were really attentive and made us feel at home. We ordered three margaritas - one classic, one hibiscus and one passion fruit . They were on the table in a matter of minutes and all were delicious. My partner and I
What a fantastic place. Probably the best Mexican I ever had. If this was authentic, I might have to go there on holidays! Specially in love with their homemade sauces.
One of the best places to have food from Mexico in Brighton. Every single thing, the chips and dip, the quesedillas, tacos was fresh, flavourful and the portions are just right. Good margheritas too. The decor is great and gives a lively cantina vibe. Had a lovely time!
great food, plenty of options and not too long between courses. no booking under 7 people however if you find out kitchen opening times you’re guaranteed a space. a bit cramped where you’re pretty much sat next to other customers and service a little slow towards the end however all lovely staff ne
Loved this little place! Had an amazing time with my friends! The staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. When I asked about the salsa they served the lady kindly explained how it was made and how spicy it was! The food was great too and it came out very quickly! Nicely seasoned and tasted gr
A tiny little intimate taste of Mexico in the UK. It's little intimate atmosphere adds to its authenicity. Make no mistake, this is the real deal. Warm and welcoming, the food is magnificent. If one doesn't have the coin to travel to Mexico itself, then one should sample authentic Mexican food f
A great Mexican restaurant in the lanes! A must for a lunchtime stop in between your shopping. If you are wanting to sit outside I would recommend booking a table. The food was exceptional and the margaritas were on point 👌🏼
Very good mexican food! Many choices so everyone will find something to eat. The service was very nice and we didn't wait long. We would come to eat again!
I can't recommend La Choza enough if you're looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food. The food is fresh and full of flavour. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. The staff are bubbly and you're guaranteed to have a good time. Great vegan options and lots of delicious options for meat love
