A warm and hearty welcome, lovely staff and Guinness and pie to die for! Hidden down a wee backstreet opposite Wetherspoons. Make the effort to find this place - you won’t be disappointed!!!

Called in late Friday night, doing the rounds in pubs in Brighton on my sixtieth birthday no need to go anywhere else after we popped in here, great atmosphere and service, thanks to all the staff especially Hattie and Ben, who bought me a birthday drink, a nice pint of Guinness. Just off the main drag in Brighton but better for it.

Lovely pub with amazing home cooked food and cosy atmosphere, I'll definitely be back. I can highly recommend the chicken, bacon & leek pie, served with real mash & gravy.

Great Guinness and the food was great the pork belly was excellent. Big screen so able to watch the football. Down a side street off West St so hidden away a little bit but well worth the find.

Usually just have a drink here, but had the food cooked by the fab chef 'busy B'. Steak pie (with home made pastry), champ, peas and gravy was lovely, and my hubby had the generous chicken burger and chips. We'll be back!

I have been going to Brighton for about 10 years and was staying in a hotel not far away from the Fiddlers Elbow. It is great little pub in a back ally away from the main streets of Brighton. Over the years we have had good food good beer good service and not a bad price. I am not going to say were it is as it would not stay a nice little pub in Brighton that has live bands in the evenings

It's my favourite pub ever and I've worked managing bars, restaurants and clubs for 10 years. Paddy has an uncanny ability to hire only lovely, genuine people, the service is always great and the atmosphere is unrivalled. When I'm in Brighton it is always the first and last place I go.

This is difficult to write because my hands are trapped in Pringles tubes and I'm typing with my nose. Great pub, great staff and don't judge me the Pringles were on offer.

Good looking Irish Pub. My brother, who is a Guinness connoisseur, reliably tells me this is the best Guinness in brighton. Lots of screens up for the sport. Plenty of little private seating areas too.

Fantastic bar staff working at this pub. I’ve been here several times over the past few months and have always been treated with respect, and fun conversation. Best Guinness in town and great pub atmosphere. Cheers to Caleb and Kate especially!

Gluten free ale, yay. And I was going to have a Guinness until I spotted they have Kronenburg which is becoming harder to find these days.

Favourite Irish pub in Brighton, if you want proper pints of Guinness, this is your pub! Always a nice vibe, occasionally shows sports and hosts live music, and even better it's got a late lisence so you won't be left feeling high and dry on a late night out.

Cheapest Irish drinking hole there is in Brighton (not comparing it with Witherspoons). The pub is noisy, smelly and always full of people. Be careful when you are making payments. This aside, a really cheap place to get drinks so why not!

No food currently which was a bit of a disappointment but not a big issue. Good selection of beers so plenty to keep us happy and a big screen to watch the footy on. Very much an old school boozer, toilets could use a refit though...

Consistently the best Guinness in town. And I mean consistently over decades. Always a great boozer. If you judge the quality of a pub by the quality of Guinness, and I mostly do, then this is a clear winner. On my persistent search for the best pint around the world the fiddlers, admittedly outside the island of Ireland, has never yet failed. Great staff, caters for all, convenient city centre location. If you’re looking for a pint or more, a coincidental chat and maybe some entertainment then pop in 👍☘️. Just don’t say “for one”.

The best Guinness in Brighton and cheap £3.70 a pint. Always friendly, great staff, amazing music and always has live music or an event on. So whether you want to relax in the afternoon or have a lively evening you must come here

Cheap drinks way into the night, can't knock it. Good fun on open mic nights. Might want to avoid the bathrooms however so don't get caught out if ya know what I mean.

Great little pub down a side road away from a main road and a large franchise pub. Quick friendly service with a good selection of pints on tap. They have some sports memorabilia around the place and a number of TVs so I'm guessing it could be a good option to watch the Springboks take on the All Black's 😄

Went there with my son on a Monday evening for a Guinness and some traditional Irish music. Both were truly excellent! The band sat round a table in the corner and played traditional reels and jigs in the modest way I remember seeing in Dublin pubs. The Guinness was equally smooth. We'll be back for more to be sure!
