Incredible atmosphere, the galaxy cookie pie was impeccable and delicious, and the service was top notch. Neave is a credit to the café and hearing her sing whilst she cleaned was beautiful. We will become regular customers!

I frequently visit here for lunchtime treats or to meet up with friends. It has a lovely atmosphere and I'm always greeted well by the staff and owner. I love the new decor, it gives it a lovely homely feel too. My favourite toasted sandwich has to be the bacon brie and chill jam, I definitely recommend this if you've not tried it before. The cakes are amazing too, always a great selection whether it's cookie pie, slab cake or a traditional coffee and walnut.

The cakes are magic! Generous in size but they still manage to be light and not over sweet. Delicious! I am totally addicted to the cookie pies. The coffee served at Artisan Cakery is also of a really good quality and the folks that work there are all really nice. It is a great place to treat yourself to something a little special.

Great little bakery in Brighton. We picked up a coffee and a chocolate cornflake tart, which was delicious. I was blown away by the array of cakes and pastries on display, they all looked great. There are deals for boxes of pastries at a really good price. We were planning on returning to pick up more stuff on Sunday at around 11:30, but they were unfortunately closed! Worth bearing in mind.

I was just mooching around Kemptown and was drawn in to Artisan by an array of delicious-looking cakes and the smell of decent coffee. I wasn't disappointed (though spoilt for choice). Largely a takeaway, I sat at one of Artisan's few tables and savoured my date and apple flapjack with a latte - it was genuinely delicious and really fresh. Friendly service - dog-friendly too.

10/10, the bacon brie and chilli jam toastie was divine, the biscoff cupcake was rich and beautifully baked. A proper gem hidden in Kemptown. Bought cakes to take to others as I had to share the love. Looking forward to my next visit.

Wonderful baked goods on sale here. The Artisan Cakery offers brownies, traybakes and slices of cake that are out of this world. They make excellent coffee and sell coffee beans by the bag; they will grind them if you want. They also sell savoury options like sausage rolls. A little off the usual tourist streets but all the better for it. Definitely worth searching out.
