I visited today to treat a friend to an afternoon tea for her birthday and we both enjoyed the experience immensely. Such a hidden treasure in the Lanes, friendly staff at reception, stunning decor, attentive waiting staff and an exquisite selection of treats that all added to the occasion as well as a gorgeous tray of "birthday" chocolate truffles to make our afternoon extra special. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back to try their breakfast, brunch and lunch menus in the near future.
Stunning restaurant, the decor is amazing and attention to little details fantastic. Excellent service at the table and at the bar afterwards. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Food was lovely and portion sizes perfect. Thank you for making our 30th anniversary meal memorable and for acknowledging it with a happy anniversary pud. Highly recommend and will return to try the breakfast soon.
We booked for our friends 70th and we’re so glad we did. Great place, great food and great service. We had to wait a while for my friends Apple tart as it was cooked fresh so we all got free coffee.
The ladies toilets are a sight to behold. We had fun taking photos. The decor is fab. Great afternoon all around.
I took my mum here for dinner tonight for her birthday, and was pleasantly surprised at how lovely our evening was. They seem to have a couple of new vegan options on the menu, which was great to see! The one I chose was out, but was really pleased that I was immediately offered a couple of other options that sounded great, and the one I chose was delicious! And mum really enjoyed the lobster. The person who served us (Katie?) could not have done a better job. She was really great and made the evening, in spite of how busy the place was. Would definitely go back!

We had the set menu, starters, shepherds pie for mains and it was very delicious. We also ordered some greens on the side, glass of wine each, bottle of water and deserts. It all came to just under £100, just to give you an indication how much you are likely to spend on a 3 course meal and drinks.
Everything was very tasty, beautifully presented and decent portions.
The service was prompt and friendly, we felt well looked after. Overall a great experience.
Booked a week ago for mine and my partners 10 year anniversary and I couldn't be more grateful for the way they made our day so special. The welcome from Hugo and Alba was so welcoming... we had a lovely table by the window and our waitress Emily was amazing I honestly couldn't fault her, she was very attentive and recommended delicious dishes... I had the sea bass and my partner the ribeye steak that was cooked perfectly (compliments to the chef) and then after a surprise dessert to wish us a happy anniversary.

We had lunch at the Ivy in the Lanes. We pre-booked online so we were expected once we walked in. Our coats were taken and we were ushered over to our standard cosy corner table that overlooked the rich maximalist style of decor in the restaurant.
At 1pm midday there were still lots of people tucking in, in high spirits, chatting and it was an overall nice atmosphere, not too loud, with everyone enjoying themselves.
We ordered two glasses of white wine, a still bottle of water, two set menus with a single side and a dessert each. Everything came just under £100.
This extravagance is expected from the Ivy, and it was luckily that we had half of it covered by a gift voucher. Otherwise, with the bill’s high service charge %, the small starter size, and two glasses of wine costing a price of an average single pub meal, it would have been a little harder to swallow.
But with all that said, the service was excellent and the food came out quickly and best of all the quality and taste of the food was top notch. At half the price it was certainly worth it, but let’s be honest, you don’t step into the Ivy expecting to grab bargain of a meal.
Save up and enjoy the indulgence :)
Had the best time there. Visited with friends, and I must say, it was the best experience I have ever had with The Ivy. It definitely beats London, if I may say so myself.
The service was spot on, the staff very attentive and the food absolutely amazing! Looking forward to going back !
A fantastic experience! The cozy and relaxing atmosphere, coupled with friendly and professional staff, made for a delightful visit. The freshly cooked, tastefully inspired French cuisine was a perfect highlight. Massive well done to the team!
We had a wonderful evening meal here on Sunday. Great welcome, excellent service and lovely atmosphere. One of the nicest Ivy's we have visited. Recommended.
I know a few of the Ivy's and this one is really cosy yet spacious at the same time, the high ceilings and the art deco style create a comfortable and funky environment. The waitress was caring and attentive to details, which is no small thing nowadays, the food was good, same standard as other Ivy's. On my list for Brighton's visit next time.
Best drink I have ever had was at this place! Fresh and high-quality ingredients. My drink of choice was the golden daiquiri. My bartender Olivia was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision on drink choice!! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌 😀

We went here for Lunch. We arrived around 12 without booking. Got a table for 3 straight away but then started to get busy.
We were seated near the bar, so was able to watch the barman make the Cocktails.
We had one vegetarian dish and two fish and chips. Which were both delicious. It was my birthday so they brought out a complimentary dessert with a candle on, which we didn't ask for, so was a lovely surprise.
Cocktails were lovely too.
Very clean and helpful staff. The ladies toilets are beautiful and everyone is decorated different. The who place is beautiful decorated and lots to look at.
The price was reusable and we went as a treat.
Would definitely recommend!
Food was great service was great perfect date night. Waiter was lovely and reccomended perfect dishes didn't catch their name but they had short red hair in pony tail w curtain bangs.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is just amazing. The interior design is beautiful: colourful and stylish. The service is personable and professional and the menu has a great variety.
My all time favourite avocado with egg was on there as well so I couldn’t resist: very nicely prepared. And the berry smoothy was delicious. Now I wanna visit the other Ivy restaurants as well! What an amazing experience!
I went to the Ivy today with my boss for a business meeting. I wish I lived locally so I could go more often. Some of the best food at insanely good prices, excellent service and I especially liked the fact they had an actual Samurai guarding the men’s restroom. A great experience all round!

I came here for my anniversary dinner with my partner last night and it was my first experience at the ivy and it was amazing. The atmosphere is lovely, the interior is beautiful, great food and perfect service. We were blessed to be served by the lovely Flo H (with red hair) she was very attentive, polite and everything you’d want in a waitress. She made our experience very pleasant. We even got given a complimentary desert as it was our anniversary which was really generous.
