We visited this restaurant on 11/05 in the evening. We were fortunate enough to have Kim as our waitress. She was absolutely lovely. She made sure everything was okay for us, we had a bit of chit chat about the drinks. Kim was so polite and attentive. She was apologetic that she wasn’t able to come
Had dinner here tonight and the food was delicious. The steak was so tender and came nice and quickly. The drinks were also lovely. Our server was called Amelia and she couldn’t have been more attentive and lovely. She made sure to accommodate all our needs and check we were okay throughout our meal
Arrived for lunch, hadn't booked but were met warmly & shown to a table. Kim, our server, was lovely & friendly as well as professional & efficient, whilst allowing us to take our time. We chose drinks & were left to peruse the menu. We were able to have the exceptionally good value fixed price menu
Incredible first experience at Miller and Carter today.
Maisey looked after us and (we eat out a lot) we have not come across someone so friendly, attentive and in control in a VERY long time. Service goes a long way these days. A lovely friendly face to go alongside a fabulous meal/experience.

I dined in at Miller and Carter last week during an anniversary trip to Brighton and had such an amazing experience. Had the fortunate experience of an enjoyable lunch here today. We were taken care of by Kim who was excellent in her ability to multitask, always smiling and providing a 5 star service to all of the tables she was looking after on what appeared to be on her own. The food was good but Kim's customer
The food is of fabulous consistency. We have been coming for years. The staff is lovely and attentive.
The food is great and so tasty.
I can recommend the Millers dirty burger, order it pink, such a great taste.
The steaks are fabulous obviously for a steak house.

Went to miller and carter the other night for my promotion celebration with my partner. Food was excellent but even better was the service. Our waitress was Ellie, she was beyond helpful and welcoming, always checked if we needed anything and if we were okay. Very smiley too 😊 exactly what you want
Fantastic place. Spent few days here. All staff was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Beer garden was well kept and clean. Transport outside every 15 mins straight to Brighton Beach. Perfect location. Thankyou to the team for a wonderful stay.
Good service but we'd prefer to sit outside on a lovely sunny evening but it was closing due to refurb. Not closed but closing? So people were having drinks but you couldn't eat. Food was nice but £22 for burger is a bit steep.

Kim was incredible waitress who constantly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be! We spent a lovely evening celebrating a family birthday and the whole experience was added to by her warm friendly demeanour. We will certainly be returning and here! Thank you Kim.
My husband bought be out for a belated birthday dinner. It was a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. We had a drink before we were taken to our table. Maisie was our lovely waitress, very attentive. A very nice treat.
Dined at Miller & Carter Brighton last night as it was my Birthday. Our waitress was Phoebe. She made me feel very special. Her recommendations were superb. She was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My friends and I would definitely come again. The food was excellent too.

I simply can not find fault with this place, or it's staff. Another 10/10 experience.
