Finally made it here for brunch & I can’t wait to go back. The mushrooms on toast were the absolute best & made totally vegan with vegan Oatly cream & Parmesan. The avo on toast was scrummy. The kid’s menu had lots of options & everyone was lovely. Didn’t have room for the vast array of treats so I’ll just have to go back

Fab new stylish all day dining concept in Brighton's Nile Street, very near 64 degrees and food for friends. Well worth getting lost for to discover the shakshuka, real rolled brisket of beef hash, beautiful fresh salads and gluten free gourmet sweet treats. The decor is gorgeous too and the chef trained with Gordon Ramsey for seven years so expect beautiful and divine dishes. Great for business meets, romantic breakfasts and family get togethers.

Gorgeous little place in the lanes. We went for lunch with our two young children (who were more than welcomed and accommodated). We had the most delicious smoothies and lunch. Tasty, fresh and even some organic ingredients. Friendly, fast service. Nice decor and the best baby changing facilities I think I've ever seen. We'll be back on our next visit to Brighton.

Amazing food, would highly recommend the avocado with poached egg. Little side dish of carrot chutney was delicious!

Lost in the Lanes is one of those rare places that gets everything so right...delicious food, fantastic drinks, lovely service and a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. It's been my favourite place for their exceptional brunches & lunches for a while, and I'm always excited to recommend it to friends, as I know it will become their favourite place too! Was so happy to find out they were opening for dinner on Thurs, Fri & Sat...been twice already! The generous plates we shared were brimming with Lost's cleverly paired seasonal flavours and textures and all soo tasty. It works so well as an evening setting with its relaxing low lighting and comfortable spacious seating. PS. try everything on the menu and save room for the pavlova with rhubarb & orange custard...!

A lovely place to enjoy delicious food, in a comfortable and beautiful environment. The staff are very friendly and professional. Really enjoyable experience. The food was very tasty and good portions. They served it quickly and nicely presented. The restaurant is in a small alley, close to the centre of town only a few minutes from the beach. Very recommended!

The atmosphere and music playlist were amazing. The mugs and plates were also very well-chosen! Only thing we didn't like was the haddock chowder as it was too salty. I would have also preferred the potato to be blended than chunky as it is

A busy, atmospheric escape true to its name with friendly and welcoming staff. I'm now addicted to their avocado toast and turmeric latte much to my surprise and despite my own resistance haha. Their sweet treats are fresh and delicious and you won't regret anything you eat here. I've had repeat visits and consistently positive experiences here and even when it's busy, there is a quiet corner to be found and if not, the staff are genuinely apologetic and suggest or try and find ways to make space for you. Absolutely love this space and definitely my go to favourite in Brighton.

New to Lost in the lanes, very happy I chose this place to celebrate with my mum for an early Mother’s Day lunch. Busy, and vibrant yet comfortable and friendly. Food and drink options are great, we opted for the: ROASTED CAULIFLOWER £16 Hummus, salsa verde, golden sultana, flat bread (v,veo, ngo) SQUASH & SAGE RISOTTO £16 Brown butter (veo) Drinks: Turmeric vanilla oat latte & an apple juice. Reasonably priced and tasty. Highly recommend booking in advance as extremely busy and popular, today the queues leading outside.

A stunning restaurant in the heart of the north lanes, we had visited before for lunch and brunch (both delicious) but I must say the evening menu is sensational! There’s a great selection of cocktails, and small plates for every taste - well catered to gluten free, vegan, veggies and meat eaters. Highly recommend the spicy margaritas and we loved the salt cod fritters. The staff were warm, attentive and knowledgeable and the decor very classy. Perfect date night spot!

Sunday veggy brunch. The veggy dishes are tasty and nice presented. A bit slow and small coffee cups. The atmosphere is young vibes and welcoming warm. Prices are a bit high but good quality.

Cosy little restaurant with beautiful decor and a calm, ambient atmosphere. The manager Zoe was very attentive and welcoming and did a fantastic job explaining the menu. Cocktails were fantastic and the food was even better. Would definitely recommend the pork (the sauce was amazing) and everything was cooked to perfection. Perfect for a lazy lunch or dinner, will definitely return.

We just had a lovely evening at Lost in the Lanes. The food was amazing, delicious cocktails, and great service. You can really feel the thought, love and pride the proprietors put into everything. We enjoyed the ambience and the jazzy music elevated the whole experience - what a great place, make sure you pop in and let yourself get spoiled. :)
