Nice coffeeshop tucked away in Ship Street. The drinks and the service are very good. The cakes are all vegetarian or vegan.
We had a chat with the owner (Walter) and he is really friendly and welcoming.
PS: If you are in Brighton on Christmas Day, this is one of the few places that are open.
Nice and cute beautiful cafe in the lanes, I have had my coffee over here before going to the beaches. They have variety of coffees. I really love my time over here. I am looking forward to visit again.
Cool little place
Cheap coffee, and some outside sitting areas
Not a lot of eating options that I saw, man serving us was nice
Recommend coming here on a sunny day for a bit
Inside was nothing special
This is a little hidden gem of a place, ran by a warm and friendly guy called Walter. The coffee is first rate, with the flat white packing a punch and a great crema!
With light and bright decor inside and a bijou courtyard to relax in, this is a fab find in Brighton.
We're beginning to discover more of Brighton. After 7km of wandering around, we came across this charming place for a caffeine-refuel.
A really friendly, charming proprietor who was very attentive. Our sons had lovely fresh-made fruit smoothies. We had a coffee each. Service was perfect. The cakes l
Great little coffee place. Hidden down a little alley in the lanes it’s perfect for a well needed pit stop in amongst a day of shopping. Love love love Brighton and this place is great - iced coffee all the way! ☕️🥤☕️🥤☕️🥤☕️🥤
We discovered this little gem on our way to the beach and were pleased to see it was open on Christmas day. The owner, Walter, is from Latvia. He is super warm and friendly and makes you feel welcome. We will definitely go back. Glad to know it will remain open for take away during the tier 4 restri
Good cappuccino and welcoming staff. Nice music selection!
Great place for a quiet coffee, great selection of tasty snacks and great coffee.
Everything was great. Tea, scones and the service. Good prices as well. I'm glad we found it 👍👍👍
A great dog friendly find. The service was super clean, well distanced and professional. The person that served us was also upbeat and friendly, helped this bizarre world feel a little more like normal. Our two dogs on leads were made to feel very welcome and they had water there too for them.
What a friendly welcome at this lovely little cafe. We found it after a Google search for ‘dog friendly cafes in Brighton’ as we had our dog with us & it was pouring with rain. We enjoyed a delicious cheese, ham & gerkin toasted sandwich. Just what we needed. Thank you x
Great coffee made by proprietor Walter, very tasty cakes, especially the lemon drizzle (vegan). It's a quirky little local business close to the seafront and the lanes. What's not to love?
Highly recommend this owner-run coffee house. He roasts his own coffee, which I think is the best I've had in Brighton, and the home-made cakes are wonderful - with special mention of the Bakewell - none of this gluey white icing, not over-sweet, and a proper texture to the 'cake' bit.
Cosy little Café away from the hustle and bustle, atmosphere is very relaxed, almost like walking into someone's kitchen, in the nicest possible way 😊
Vegware sustainable take away cups, I had a real cup for a change, pretty rare now for me and the coffee was really good.
I had a oat latte, creamy a
Found this place by mistake by just wandering around. So glad we did the service was good friendly with a smile and polite, even though only had a scone and cake, it was fresh and tasty. Well worth a visit highly recommend.👍
So sweet and homely atmosphere, with great coffee 💛♥️☕
