Managed to get a walk in on a busy b as no holiday Sunday and Wow! Really friendly staff and lovely decor. We got the trio of cirrus - lamb chicken and veg, Nan bread and coriander and onion rice and obvs poppadoms and dips. Everything was delicious - the lamb being so tender was the highlight. Gre
Delicious food served quickly and with friendly staff.
The food here is delicious. The lunch thali was excellent. Really great flavours with some great dips and sides. Chicken curry was a lot more delicate in flavour. The paneer was amazing - similar to a butter chicken in taste.
Even though the restaurant was full it was very quiet and peaceful but not to an extent where the silence was loud. This was perfect for me and my friend as we were over stimulated from the busy city on a Saturday evening. The food was really nice and cheap but was lacking in spice. We were waited o
My partner and I are visiting Brighton and decided to have dinner here. We couldn’t have found a better restaurant! The food was amazing, they catered very well for vegans and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend visiting.
Lovely little place serving the most delicious Indian food. The jackfruit biryani is almost as good as my mum’s biryani. I would definitely recommend eating here for some authentic desi food.
This is the first time I've tried an Indian restaurant in Brighton. And it doesn't disappoint, the menu offered a wide range of dishes to choose from. The reception that we received was both friendly and very helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. Highly recommended
Went there for the first time, and the food was just perfect. My wife loved the food being her curry. But it was a bit difficult to find the location. Otherwise, no complaints and we would definitely be going there again.
Dhal was delicious, aubergine bhaji was delightful, mushroom Manchurian not so good. Would still recommend takeaway option, very quick friendly service
It was really comfortable dining experience. Portions were very generous and the food is quite light/ healthy compared to most Indian restaurants. Not much oily feel which is a good thumb. While it might not be the most authentic Indian restaurant, my family and I really enjoyed the thali set, chick
Stumbled across this little gem today, after wandering around aimlessly, looking for somewhere to eat that wasn’t completely packed! (Half term and match weekend…)
The cafe is tucked away, but has a lovely, welcoming feel. All team members were friendly and attentive, and didn’t make the service fee
Fantastic atmosphere, food and service.
The curry leaf cafe made an impact immediately with all the beautiful colours and artwork. The waiting staff were excellent and very attentive.
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the paneer zafrani thali and the festive tandoori platter. The chick
Ordered dal tadka, paneer curry, naan and veg platter for takeout. Food was reasonable. Portions were smaller than other places in Brighton offering Indian curries.
It’s a comfortable dining experience. Portions were very generous and the food is quite light/ healthy compared to most Indian restaurants. While it might not be the most authentic Indian restaurant, my family and I really enjoyed the thali set, chicken, open naan wrap and the dahi puri.
We recently visited Curry Leaf to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The staff were wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxed and the food was absolutely delicious 😋 I said at the time that it was the best Indian meal I had ever had and my daughter replied that it was simply the best meal she had ever
Delicious creatively done fusion South Indian food. The place is nice and bright, the best ones are at the entrance, and by the front window! The combos/thalis are the best and a good selection of drinks to go. The evening menu is mostly a la carte and I wish they served the combos all through the d
Lovely atmospheric cafe (feels more like a restaurant) with great tasting food and presentation. Left feeling quite full afterwards.
Honestly one of the best Currys Ive had in Brighton. The 'mini aubergine bhajis' tasted great! The chicken wings had loads of flavour but a bit spicy for us! For mains, we got the Jackfruit & coconut curry & the Coorg pork curry and both came with a rice and side dish that paired with the curry. Fu
