Wow! So a friend and I stumbled across this restaurant as we were wandering through Brighton and we decided to stop for lunch! The food was impeccable, the flavours from each dish were literally mind blowing and we could see the love and attention Chef Michael and his team put into every portion. Ex
Every dish was absolutely incredible. Fresh, delicate yet flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Favourites of the menu were the mushroom croquettes, cod and truffle pasta. Best restaurant I've been to in a long time. Would 100% recommend
Decided to opt for the ‘Set Menu Sharing Plates’ menu at £50 per person. The menu consists of 10 smallish plates of food but wow they are all delicious. My personal pick from the 10 would be the Fresh Pasta with egg yolk and truffle. We booked a table over looking the kitchen and these are probably
Absolutely stunning food in a lovely, cosy yet cool space, in a great part of Brighton. Chef Michael is supremely talented and a gent at the same time. Brilliant value for money in my view. Great staff as well. Anya - front of house. Charming and great knowledge of wine.
Second time we have visited this phenomenal restaurant. We sat at the bar and indulged on some delicious food! From the moment we arrived all staff members made us feel special. My wife & I wanted to say a massive thank you to you all. You’ve made another birthday super special. Thank you.
We found this restaurant by chance and what a fabulous find!!! Every mouthful was totally delicious!!! And we absolutely loved the ambience. I can’t recommend this wonderful find enough. The chef had picked some wild garlic on the way to work!
Wow, amazing meal, inventiveness and great flavours abound. Virtually every dish left us wishing we had more. Service from staff was attentive and great wine list. Plus to top it all off the price point for this quality of food was great
A truly spectacular experience one I won’t forget my first ever tasting menu. The tasting menu itself was absolutely sensational, our server was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Would definitely visit again and I’d highly recommend 64 Degrees!
We chose the tasting menu with the paired wines for an early evening dinner. The quality of the food was superb and original and the presentation was inventive. The service was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable, particularly about the wine pairings. There were several highlights including a red
Perfectly proportioned tasting menu - delicious, textural and surprising. Paired back surrounds combined with friendly and informed staff really allows the meal shine. Really accommodating with dietary requirements and preferences. Worth travelling to Brighton for, already planning our next trip
Brilliant experience all around. Came for my birthday on a Monday night which was nice as it was quieter. Tasting menu was perfect - we loved every single course. Wine pairing was delicious - our server was super attentive and knowledgeable. Never waited a second for anything - left feeling happy -
Amazing chefs and warmth of hosts - beautiful presentation & bold flavours paired perfectly with wine flight. Images speak for themselves but taste and smell must be experienced. Foodie lunch for special occasion; a real privilege so see the work up close at the pass - highly recommended. A real gem
Wow! Wow! Wow! What an experience. Booked for my husband's 50th birthday and I must say I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the near future. Michael Bremner and his staff are welcoming, friendly and explained every dish that we were served. They answered our questions too.
64 Degreees is an absolute gem in the heart of Brighton. You're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The menu is exceptional. WOW! I moved to the UK little over 3 months ago, and that’s been the best meal I’ve had in this country! Impeccable service, excellent food. Both the waiters and the chef were extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. I felt home! Great job guys 👏🏼 P.S. the price is actually quite for the delicious f
Great service in a compact restaurant. We had the tasting menu which, given the food (e.g. pasta in broth, wedge of lettuce) doesn't necessarily lend itself well to sharing from one bowl or as a course in its own right. I would pick individual dishes next time. You can tell they're passionate, the h
We had the £25 OctoberBest menu, it was outstanding. Amazing food and excellent service!
A great menu and well paired wine flight. If there is only two of you I recommend dining at the counter where you can watch the guys preparing the dishes who then serve and talk through them with you. The rabbit (and in particular the broth) was awesome.
