Nice place to visit for an authentic Japanese meal. We had the tonkotsu & chicken shoyu ramen, the broth for both were very well flavoured and seasoned well, the toppings and ramen were cooked nicely.
The Japanese fried chicken was delicious, crispy on the outside but moist and juicy on the inside.
Really good food, freshly made, is a really busy at lunchtime. The service was fast and kind. Perfect spot for an easy lunch. Definitely, we will be back
Great quality ramen, tasty and rich, the broth was thick and full of flavour and the noodles were great. Place to enjoy real ramen
The best ramen in Brighton has been found! Great little spot for a quick dinner before we went to the cinema next door. Delicious food and quick service. Walk in only though so it’s always a risk, but worked out perfectly for us. Tokyo ramen, soy milk ramen and pumpkin croquettes, all great.
Every time I visited the quality has always been amazing, food was fresh and the noodles are just unbeatable!
Absolutely a delightful dining experience. 100% authentic Japanese restaurant - from food taste, to incredients, presentation/layout of the dishes.
Staff are Japanese and, as expected, they are extremely polite and helpful.
Price is also incredibly affordable, especially when you compare to those
legit japanese ramen!! was very surprised to find this shop tbh. service was a bit busy, but it was really cozy. broth was sooo flavourful and was perfect for a cold rainy night. worth the wait!
This is my go-to ramen spot in Brighton! Me & my boyfriend love to go here whenever we have our ramen cravings 😁 My absolute favourite is their Tokyo Tonkotsu!! Also their karaage is one of the best I’ve had.
This ramen is amazing. I tried the Tan Tan pork ramen (but the vegan one is good too). Id highly recommend adding the black garlic oil and sweet corn to the dish. Hours are kinda weird so make sure to check the times before you go. The waitress is pretty hot too😂
Really great ramen and the snacks were delicious too. I am so happy that there are good quality ramen in the south. Tried 3 kinds of noodles today and all were great! Don’t forget to ask the crew for chilli. It elevated the flavour of the noodles. There was a long queue after 6:30pm so please be ear
