Very happy with the experience overall. I tried the Ribeye steak which was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking, full of flavour, and juicy. The chips are golden and crispy. I recommend getting the garlic butter sauce on the side for extra flavour, it was great with both the chips and the steak.
Staying in Brighton for a few days and the old bank was recommended to us by a friend and it was amazing. Great staff, great service, amazing drinks and phenomenal food. Definitely a place to visit.
We had a wonderful evening at the taverna last week & will definately return on our next visit to Brighton. The meal was superb - steaks cooked perfectly - all the food was beautifully presented. There was a lovely atmosphere and we had the most amazing waitress (Sara) who went out of her way to ensure our evening was perfect - many waitresses could learn a lot from Sara - she was outstanding and that is why we gave 5 stars....😊

Had the sirlion steak medium rare. Great choices on the menu, lots of great food. Pina colada was just right!! Very helpful and friendly staff definitely recommend a visit for a nice dinner and evening out!! 😁
A great spot for alfresco dining and delighted to see they are now doing rotisserie chicken. Always a warm welcome, great service and wonderful affordable food.
Came in to try their steak and ribs. I cannot fault the service, quality of food, everything was cooked to perfection and taste was spot on! We will be back to try their burgers soon!

We had two rump steaks which were cooked perfectly to our taste. The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean and chic. It's very relaxing and the staff are super friendly. Our server Tom was the perfect host, attentive but not in our faces. I highly recommend a visit here.
Was a fathers day treat from my daughter, food was extremely well priced. I had a steak which was good quality tender and cooked medium which was exactly the way I requested, my daughter had the half chicken roast which she couldn't finish as there was more than enough on the plate. Staff were attentive and very polite. Will definitely go back.
300g rump was tender but lacking in juices. Rice was soft and sticky but did not go so well in contrast with the steak. Salad was delicious, creamy feta cheese was a nice touch. Despite being 62 year old from India I ordered a chocolate milkshake. I did not regret it. Overall a fantastic meal.
Had a very nice lunch there, yesterday. Food was great. They have managed to include all expected safety measures without being overbearing or impacting on the dining experience. I was expecting it to be more clinical so was nicely surprised to feel relaxed but also aware of their safety measures. Staff were super friendly.
Excellent discovery. Recommended by our hotel and the steak was superb. Friendly staff who are more than willing to help and make you feel at home. Only little thing is due to its popularity- quite crowded at times so this makes it rather noisy. But I won't hold it against them and we will definitely return. Well done!
Superb service, really first class. Steak was excellent and everyone enjoyed the food. However thrice cooked chips were far too overdone resulting in greasy crunchy casings of very little potato filling. Could be more traditional puddings on the menu like a nice crumble or sticky toffee pudding as most seemed to involve the ice cream which they make themselves - which was delicious.
Went with my fiancee for our birthday. Best steak we've ever had. We had the squid and the garlic bread to start band instantly we knew it was going to be good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and attentive. When the steak came out we dug straight in and wow. It was incredible. Steak was cooked absolutely perfectly. This is now a Greek taverna but still does amazing steaks. Service is very friendly especially Tom. We tried the sharing chicken and it was so tender it fell of the bone. Great triple cooked chips. Rest place for s group or a quiet dinner for 2
