I had my baby shower here, all the staff were absolutely amazing, so attentive and such an amazing deal for what we got! They closed early so we could use the whole cafe.
The food was incredible and they made sure any dietary requirements were catered for and didn’t feel like they were missing out.
Had the full English breakfast. I don’t understand why people think £6.50 is an unreasonable price for a full English with 2 sausage and 2 bacon. Fresh eggs, fresh tomatoes instead of out of a tin. Great food, polite staff, great price
Husband and I had Full English breakfast with Latte's and it was beautiful. Freshly made and very good portion size. Staff are lovely and helpful and keep it clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
We've just been for a family lunch at Fratellis and have all thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly and efficient staff, delicious food in generous portions, reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere. We will be back and would highly recommend.
Food well presented, staff polite. Place is clean. Expensive but you pay for what you get....ie proper bread

Warm welcome. Friendly and efficient staff. Coffee good. Shame they don't offer a vegetarian/vegan breakfast. No vegetarian sausage 😞 Would be a welcome addition to their menu and make it more inclusive.
During all the lockdowns I have ordered a total of 4 afternoon teas as presents for family and friends. They have all been delicious and very well received by the recipients. Best cheese and onion toastie i've had in a long while. Coffee was hot. Everything served with a smile. Know where to go next time i'm in Brighouse. 👍👍👍
Called for a breakfast really good quality hot and well presented 🍽 top marks also it could do a open sign in window looks to be closed until you get almost to the door

Just had the afternoon tea delivered for my birthday, absolutely delicious lovely sandwiches and delicious cakes washed down with prosecco. 100%recommend. Thank you it's just made my day xx
Really nice staff and the food was good ,could of done with a bit more tho ,black pudding, ashbrown,but apart for that all good, will eat here again
