This Maccies has the absolute best staff. They are so kind and attentive, Especially Kate who does the customer service / front of house stuff. She remembers you despite it being crazy busy, and makes a lovely fuss of our daughter. Honestly some of the nicest staff ever.
Only had a coffee ☕on Wednesday morning but wanted to give 5 stars ⭐ to the lady who was working the front clearing tables but spending time with each person making them feel comfortable and listening to them and being a friendly face . A truly exceptional person !!!

I think this is one of the best McDonald’s in the West Midlands get more friendly staff and their fries are always the best! Go to most other branches the fries aren’t always as nice!

Love Macdonalds here and there, but sometimes feels rushed, it's so busy in Merry Hill and small when I take my daughter no where to sit with her pram should of extended it a bit. It's a popular place where people go to get food obviously and simple.
