Not enough proper tills. They do have trolley sized and basket sized self service tills and self scan hand held machines to scan as you shop if that is what you like to do when you shop.
I have mobility issues and really struggle putting everything in and out of the trolley and scanning everything
Used the Merryhill store last night and only two checkouts with staff.This forces those that don’t really want to use the self-service into doing so.Then the CEO will crow that numbers show that self-service is most popular and reduce the normal staff service to customers. Just so wrong.
Being inside a shopping centre expect people wondering around aimlessly looking at nothing in particular. Apart from that the shop is fine. Standard issue Asda's to be honest has all the normal things that you would need, I dont use Asda anymore like I used to as there prices went up far to much compared to other supermarkets, Asda price is sadly no longer a thing

Got a big clothing section, kiosk for returns and cigarettes etc, quite a spacious Asda with homewares, food, fridge and freezer aisles aswell as you section. Very clean and tidy
