Overall the food was very good, however the service was a bit slapdash. The tray that my food was served on was wet with water,I challenged the member of staff who said they were all the same. This member of staff was not helpful.
I would like to add that the knife and forks are not fit for purpose
Friendly helpful staff for customer service 10/10 well done team , food presentation 7/10 , value for money 8/10. Atmosphere 5/10 and this is out of your control as it open shared space. You might want to collectively improve this amongst other vendors.
Great value for money place to eat, had fish and chips and really enjoyed it. Food hall gets a bit noisy but c'est la vie.
One of my favourite places to eat in Merry Hill. Staff always friendly and helpful. Vegetarian sausage cooked to order are amazing.

This is my first time eating at Harper's and I ordered lamb pie, mash potatoes, carrots , beans, sweetcorn and gravy. All off the meal was delicious it was served hot and I received great customer service from Charlie and Selina thank you very much x
