Grow Slow Nursery & The Pack Horse Cafe - Bridport - Photo album

My boyfriend and I have come to the local area for a couple of days as today is his birthday- this wonderful shop offered lots of beautiful and unusual wonders to view and buy. We had lunch in the cafe.. we had soup of the day, woodland oyster mushrooms with spinach on sourdough toast, tostada con t
Really good food. Quirky little place for vegetarians and vegans. I had the wild mushrooms and my wife the vegan tuna both equally delicious and used fresh ingredients. Definitely go again when we go back to Bridport.
Really cool quirky pit stop! It’s part vintage shop, part cafe, part nursery plant shop… and it just works so great. Loads of outside seating to enjoy some sunshine too. And they’re dog friendly 🐕 ❤️
Wanted something different whilst visiting the coast other than fish & chips so type in google for cafes near me and up pinged this one being the closest. So what can I say apart from one word WOW, as most reviews say it’s definitely quirky with a unusual collection of items for sale, but the one th
A lovely little shop with lots of bits and pieces for sale (e.g. bits for the house, vintage clothes, essential oils). The restaurant looked great, although we didnt eat/drink anything there. Staff were very friendly and there is a decent amount of parking too.
A really quirky place, totally vegan/veggie cafe. I had houmous, cheese and avocado on wholemeal bloomer (see photo). My husband asked for a mint tea and she went to the garden and picked the mint freshly for him. Lots to look at while you are there. The toilet is in a 6 x 6 ft garden shed!
Wow, what a find, I'm not a vegan or vegetarian however the menu, food and service so good, meat would never be missed. Absolutely delicious and so fresh, will definitely be back next time I'm down that way and would not hesitate to recomment to friends. Great browsing through all the vintage finds
Vegan Cafe in a covered outdoor area. We had items with eggs though. Very tasty. Took a while for the food to come but considering its coming from a converted trailer, and one person, it was fine. I'm just grateful we got there when the place was mostly empty. It filled up quickly after us though.
GGreat quirky little shop with nice food and some interesting items
Quirky, relaxed, great food (exclusively vegetarian and vegan) for all tastes. If you don't visit you need to rethink your life choices.
Fantastic little gem of a place we stumbled upon by chance after seeing signs to it on the footpath between Bridport and West Bay. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great coffee and delicious food, lots of veggie and vegan options. Would definitely recommend
Went in for a coffee, but seemed to enter some kind of alternative universe! Great ambience (maybe the Dorset lager helped!), browsed some vintage bric-a-brac, clothes and plants, and, having looked at the menu, made a note to self to return for some food another day.
A really lovely, quirky little place! The staff were so friendly and chatty, the food was excellent and great value for money. And the lovely Rachel who runs it even helped us jump start our car when we realised the battery was flat!! Would absolutely recommend a visit and if we are visiting the are
Some of the best coffee and plant based dishes anywhere in the county. The menu is fresh and delicious and the service is great! Our new regular....
Not much food choices but staff friendly and bottles if Apple juice lovely if not a little pricey sell brickabrac also.
Found this place by chance when driving past, thought it to be better than the usual garden centre cafe, and it certainly was, relaxing, friendly with lovely food. Great vegan food, freshly made, highly recumbent the vegan tuna sandwich & the Veggie feast.
Great little stop on the way down to the west country! Really good fresh food, eclectic shop of vintage and handmade items and lovely staff
