Gluten free cod and chips at its finest. Crisp batter, tasty chips and gluten free curry sauce as well. A gluten free menu is displayed on their window. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Great value for money.

Tonight we had scampi, chicken nuggets with large chips to share. This is the first time in a long time that we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Usually the chips are undercooked, pasty in colour and not very enjoyable. Tonight a different lady was doing the frying and the chips were excellently cooked. Just hope she is here to stay.

We had dinner from here to take away, all food was very nice, not greasy, but chip portions were a bit skimpy.

We got some takeaway chips here. I was slightly worried when I saw some of the Google reviews, but the chips were really nice. The portion size isn't the biggest for the price, but the chips were definitely decent 👍

Consistently good cod and chips. Tasty, flakey cod with crispy gluten free batter. Friendly service. I think the negative reviews about stodgy batter and horrible oil must be from the other 'Longs' chip shop on King Street. This chippie does great fish and chips. I recommend you give them a try.

Best fish n chips in the country as far as I'm concerned. Had a big order and they managed to serve us extremely efficiently and politely whilst under pressure. I have not seen a more professional attitude before. And the food was top notch!

Great Fish and Chips and more. Breaded Place is outstanding and the other fish is also excellent. Chips are exactly as I like them but others say they could be crisper. Not my view. Fisherman's Platter is great for a change and the Restaurant has a big range of other offerings too. Getting a bit pricey but Quality supports that.
