One of the best tasting curries I’ve ever had, great flavours, well balanced and tasty with service to match, warm friendly staff and service with a smile.I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We visit Bridport 2-3 times a year and will definitely visit every time we are staying in the a
Great little place, stopped for a little meal out on a break and loved it! Food was really nice, people were great and the price was very reasonable
I had to leave a review as I've not stopped thinking about the curry I had here a week ago, it was so darn good! Even as a fussy eater who is also vegan and terrible with spice I found plenty of options. Sat at the back that was really nice and intimate and service was so lovely! The food menu was l
Everything done right. This was a great restaurant, everything was done so very well, and the food was delicious. From the moment we walked in to find the place full on a Monday night, we knew we'd made a good choice. The front of house and service team were excellent, so polite and professional. T
Great curry, no glaring artificial colourings. Had a Bhuna, Karai and buttered chicken. All delicious, great portions, food was one of the best curries I have had in many years.. Only quibble, soft drinks very expensive Β£3.70, we don't pay those prices in a London Curry House.
This is the best curry I have had in a long time. All dishes were exceptional. The ingredients so fresh plus service excellent with a very happy and positive vibe. Definitely will go back without hesitation!
If you enjoy good Indian food then this is a must. The service and food lives upto its reputation, is very good. On street parking always useful. Book early as it will be busy. Strongly recommend, if you're in the Bridport area.
Lovely tasting food - really impressive. Just dropped a star because the delivery driver arrived 20 mins after it left the restaurant (despite us being very near) which affected the texture of the onion bhajis and grilled meat a bit, but the flavours of everything were excellent
I had all but given up on indian restaurants. The same old tasteless water with a bit of spice in it. This place was totally different! I can honestly say it was the best indian meal I have had in years. Top notch friendly staff, and awesome food. We will definitely be back the next time we are in
Always a pleasure to dine here. Raj Poot has been one of my favourite Indian Restaurants for more than 20 years and Sundorbon has always been my second choice but that has changed!. The Chicken Jalfrezi is now a bench mark that I use for rating other restaurants. They have catered well for my glute
We dined on 12/8/23 a group of 4 . We had a wonderful meal in a very atmospheric restaurant and the front of house team were superb very attentive, knowledgeable, and best of all very organised. Booked under the name Dunn.
Never been before but what a revelation it was. Very friendly and helpful team, superb range of food, very reasonably priced and a relaxing atmosphere. What's not to like. The rest rooms must be the most luxurious in town. It's a Must to visit and dine at.
Absolutely amazing butter lamb and blue cheese and onion bread lamb was so tender shame I was only on holiday in bridport as I don’t think they would deliver to East Sussex πŸ˜‚ but definitely worth the 5 stars 🌟 I would rate you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Visited Sundorbon on Friday night as we were staying in Bridport and glad that we did. Very friendly welcome and service throughout our meal. A good cocktail menu (I had the Pineapple Bomb) and the food menu was a good size without being too long. The food we had was excellent and the shout out dish
Been having fab takeaways from here throughout lockdown so we treated ourselves to dine in. Staff were friendly and the restaurant looks fab. Was recommended a few dishes to try and chose the lamb dhansak and it did not disappoint. Great flavours, great atmosphere and great service.
Our last night staying in the area and we wanted a meal out having self catered all week. Many good reviews and we would also recommend. Onion bhaji s were a little oily for my liking but other than that excellent
A first time for us, but last year's award was well earned good luck for this year. A perfect end to the Bridport hat day.
