Great pub where we always feel welcome. Service is top class. Beer is well kept. The food is freshly prepared and served with great care. The music night acts are always top notch and complement the feeling of the pub rather than overpower it. am pleased to have found such a gem for my local

Food was extremely good and delicious and a lot of yummy choices. Portions were a good size.

Lovely village pub, good selection of real ales and ciders. Menu looked excellent, food smelt very nice but we didn’t eat. We shall return to eat when back in the area.

Best pub food we have had in a long time. Fire was going and good atmosphere. Photos are chicken strip starter, steak, pork belly and biscoff cheesecake.

We heard from the owner of our holiday let that this pub was under new ownership so we thought we'd give it a try and we both had lovely meals.
There's a small car park adjacent along with a small garden.
The locals park right outside the pub door making entry and exit difficult but that's locals for you.

Great food, in both quality and quantity. Really friendly team there, helpful and courteous. Nice friendly locals to chat to when standing at the bar. Feels a very community driven pub. Good decor and enough nicknacks quirky enough to capture the imagination. Would thoroughly recommend. The type of pub that would make you move to the village just to enjoy it regularly.
Fantastic food with brilliant service. Experience a real country English pub with great atmosphere. Fantastic menu choice from, I didn't know where to start with the choice of food on offer. In my opinion it's should cover everyone's taste from meat eater to vegetarians.
