Great welcome and atmosphere. All staff were fab and friendly despite being really busy. We sat upstairs which is a beautifully light and airy space, and were served by the loveliest and campest waiter. Excellent choices for vegans- thoroughly recommend the one with potatoes and the one with hazelnuts. We recommend the cider tasting. We will be back, frequently.

Always go to the Stable before watching bands in Bridport Arts or the Electric Palace. Can get busy, but normally get food without too much waiting. It's always laid back, an excellent choice of cider, I love Rapscallion, the house cider. Long table seating is great fun, be prepared to talk to strangers. Oh yes, the pizzas are gorgeous

We have had a staff leaving party ( Us Retiring) and as a regular local ,We had a brilliant time, It was suggested we had some Fizzy Cider for toast . We had a fantastic service as usual. The Pizzas came as ordered and were delicious. The best local ciders where on offer and we had a great time. Staff really care and want you to have a great time.

Perfect pizzas, artisan ciders, bubbly atmosphere in one of my *favourite* places. What's not to like.

Excellent pizza, ciders, and entertainment if your willing to wait! We came on a Friday night without a reservation and waited quite some time for the menu, then the drinks, then... but everything was scrumptious and the entertainment was superb - the guitar/singer duo were so fun and talented.

Very good pizzas at good prices. Also good for vegans and gluten free food too. Only downside is I didn't see any beers other than IPA on the menu (it is a cider bar to be fair).

The short haired girl that served us was really polite and professional, everything was in place for covid, service was perfect! The pizzas were average and the price is fair for the location. The only thing was that on maps the name of the restaurant is "the bridport stable" and we had some issues finding it as they changed the name to "the bull pizzeria" but other than that everything was great.

Really good restaurant for pizza. Staff are young, friendly and very helpful, pizzas are tasty and a bit different to other restaurants (bases are crispy and delicious), excellent choice of ciders, and have a good selection of vegan and GF foods.

Really great pizzas on offer, we also had a cider tasting selection which was a great way to sample to locally brewed options! Staff were friendly, prices were very reasonable and the cozy atmosphere really gave us a great meal. Would recommend.

We went on a Sunday night and it was quite quiet. The staff were both lovely and really helpful with helping us choose which cider to go for. The menu is different and both of the pizzas we had were really good. The brownie was also fantastic. All of the starters sounded great as well. Really nice atmosphere with nice music. Was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Had dinner upstairs, which was very hot, needs some more ventilation. Cider was really nice, service was nice, had to wait for a while but that was clear before we entered the restaurant. Food is nice, not quite Italian pizza but still enjoyable. The toilets though... Dirty, lacking toilet paper and in general in need of a refurbishment. My friend said that the male toilets were even worse, yuck

Me and Lucy went here last Sunday, we had a pizza each and a cider tasting board 🍺😀 the bar men selected the five ciders, and they picked well! We thoroughly enjoyed the ciders and our pizza 🍕 It was £10 for five 1/3 pint ciders. It was wonderful! 😀

I enjoy visiting this place, although they've changed their menu since I last went. Slightly disappointed as it appears to have gotten smaller. Great staff though, always happy to help. Could do with a few more front of house runners though if I'm honest. An hour wait for food when you have already prebooked so the kitchen know what to expect is a little poor. Still had a great time though.

A very good pizza restaurant who offer a very tasty gluten free pizza. Their local menu toppings are a nice touch and are worth a try. Whilst they say they are gluten free pizza they will not guarantee a gluten free meal. I took a chance and had no contamination but I wouldn't go back until there is a guaranteed GF menu.

Very pleased with this find , The food was absolutely delicious, All staff Members very accommodating and welcoming! Had a nice cozy intimate feel dim lit with candles and great music , Just a little request any chance you may serve chips in the future ? Instead of just wedges ? Skinny fries ? / with melted cheese ?? Or like loaded chips with a choice of bacon and chicken on top or something ? Just an idea .. :) Love chips with a pizza . Even just as a side .... Thank you will be back again soon.

Great pizza but terrible waiting times and such long a long wait to place an order and get drinks. We had four different pizzas and all were extremely good. We liked the creativity of the available pizzas. However, waiting over an hour for a pizza having stood in line for more than 20 minutes to order them was not impressive at all. It was also annoying that we ordered garlic bread (actually garlic pizza) as a starter but it turned up after the pizzas. When we went to order dessert (another 20 mins of standing in line) we were told there would be another 50 minute wait so we gave up. They have an impressive range of cider and perry, definitely worth getting the tasting try option that they offer (five different ciders, a third of a pint of each). If you're not in a rush and not ravishingly hungry when you arrive then definitely worth going. If you in a group, get one person to jump in the line for the bar/ordering straight away while the others decide what they want.
