Had a few visits here during our holiday was always a good pint, live music on one of our visits which was very good too but the best part was the food, absolutely fantastic, it's not pub grub, it is top quality, better than the restaurants I've visited. Highly recommend a visit and a meal in the restaurant.

Extravagantly happy bar tender and chef. Great Independent pub. Dog friendly. The best food we found in Bridlington, all the others seemed to be chains. Incredible menu and well presented dishes. Incredibly good value for money. Couldn't have asked for more. Would 100% recommend

We went for 3 pm Sunday afternoon and had the most sumptuous Sunday roast. I had the greek feta salad to start my husband had mackerel and potato with a poached egg on top which he said was beautiful. We both had roast chicken breast and yorks pud, roasties, carrot and swede mash, which in my book was the creamiest and tastiest I've ever had. A dish full of mixed green vegetables cooked beautifully and to top it all, the tastiest ever chicken gravy. Just perfect. My husband took pics so I'll add them later. Booking is essential but my word it's worth it. The guy behind the bar and the chef are such lovely fellas. We're going back when chef has a tasting night which I think are at end of month so can't wait. Photos really don't do it justice, we didn't take pics of plates with all the vegetables on. Sorry chef xx

Absolutely adore this place and so glad we found it by accident. It was like fate. The service was second to none and the food was to die for. Felt like a personalised service as the chef came out of the kitchen to talk to us and another a party to make sure the food was ok. Both he and the bartender were genuinely welcoming and it felt like we were guests in their living room. Will definitely be visiting again soon and recommending to friends and family

10 star, best beer in Brid! Had the Great Newsome Frothingham Best Bitter and it was delish and smooooth. Slid down the glass leaving a creamy lining, always a sign of a great pint. They look after their cellar all right here! Small bar with couple of tables out the front on the pavement. Loos and large restaurant are upstairs. The consummate, time served barman (sorry, didn't get your name!) had all the qualities of a standout barman. Warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful, knew his onions, plate spinner, eye on the ball, professional, faultless. And he played great muso, not just served great beerioh! Highly recommend this establishment, yessirree. One already marked down for a revisit. I believe tis dog friendly too.
